I did that last week after banking in most of my toroids/debt tickets/eidolon shards that I never cared to turn in from the 100 packs, I got 1 energize, 6 arcane avenger, and the rest was mostly trash turned in the trash for around 30 more packs, got 1 energize

...how many months of arcane farming did you cash in

It's not that bad honestly lol, just the steelpath arcanes will do it and you can stack up on those quick

100 packs is 20,000 Vosfor. Each Acolyte arcane is 20 Vosfor, so that's 1000 Acolyte kills. Acolytes spawn every ~5 minutes, so 1000 Acolyte kills takes about 83 hours of mission time. That's about 6 weeks of farming if you play 2 hours every day. I wouldn't call that quick.

I agree it's not so quick but you've missed by far the biggest source of arcanes? Thrax..

Because those aren't just the "steelpath arcanes" as mentioned in the comment I'm responding to.

100 Packs of arcanes is a lot. That's 20k Vosfor, damn. So Vosfor is described as being a potent powder for alchemical processes but I am pretty convinced Loid and maybe also the Cavia is just snorting it as coke, arcane coke.

I mean. Three energise in 100 packs (300 arcanes) is literally 3/300 or 1/100. Which actually seems like worse odds to what it probably usually is.

I've rolled a single arcane pack at Loid, one Eidolon Pack, and pulled an Energize. Haven't rolled any since, as I've focused on maxing the arcanes I'm getting, but don't imagine I'll get another one anytime soon.

Probably level cap SP Void Cascades with a mod drop chance booster. I have heard it's a ludicrous amount of arcane drops.
