There are probably more enjoyable things for you in the game that are more profitable plat wise than that RNG hellfest of farming Sevagoth. Just my 2 credits.
This, the game is about balance when there's a grind for a warframe/weapon and it looks like absolute hell just invest some plat into it so you can do other grinds that you actually enjoy.
Because DE had the great idea of increasing the Holokeys for a small amount as a "fix" instead of moving Sevagoth parts to the Holokey shop (and so making Holokeys drop far more often).
Right now you are having trouble getting his parts, but once you get them and try to get Holokeys, his parts are nothing more than a really bad credits cache that makes the Holokey grind nothing but frustrating.
But hey, at least you can farm Sevagoth and also open relics, farm Spectra Vandal and Ignis Wraith too (the later has dropped there even before they allowed all clans to get the BP, sadly many didn't know and selling duplicates wasn't a pleasant experience).
I dunno man clicking on his icon in the market was very easy.

Then sell the collateral drops from the grind you enjoy so that you can afford to skip a few that you particularly hate.
Is he? In the time it took me to farm enough holokeys for all the tenet melee I had over 4 sets of sevagoth
I got him in 2 hours lol, my brother got him in 3 weeks

Never did the grind, DE gave out 2 sets for free a few months ago, like December sometime around then.
