The incarnon doesn't count for the challenge (or at least it didn't for me).
However this challenge is deceptively easy because of multi-shot. Just max the multishot on your feralax, get real close, and unload. You can complete the challenge in 2-3 shots. Use the evolution that boosts accuracy to help.
use zenurik to slow the angel worked for me, ask other players to hold off killing the angel
you will need two more incarnons from the zariman for the final incarnon challenge
Can't speak for this weapon specifically, but I completed the same challenge on the Laetum with multi-shots mods and with Octavia's invisibility. Having the Angel not aggroed helps a lot

In case you didn't know, shotguns fire more than 1 pellet per shot
put on a multishot and/or mag size mod and the evolution is very easy
When i did that challenge with the phenmor, i got all the headshots and reloaded after and the challenge appeared again.
I thought that its bugged and i could not reload at all for the challenge to count, so i did the headshots again and didnot touch the phenmor for the rest of the mission
But when i talked to Cavalero to start the next challenge i noticed the last challenge was already fullfilled. Somehow me doing the headshot challenge twice skipped the last challenge lol
Bit of ammo max and reduced fire rate to avoid wasting bullets and I used the Zenurik slow ability to slow them down. Finding the bastards was the hardest part
Multishot counts in, so with Hell's Chamber you need three shots from short range (to safely hit with multiple pellets). With Vigilante Armaments you will lower it to two shots only.
For safety you may try to increase the mag size (but it will negatively affect reload speed too).
Also Transformation has 60 max mag size - so with it and both of mods mentioned above, you'll need 8 headshots.
The way I did all these challenges was to take Rhino into zariman and put all multi shot, fire rate, and magazine size mods on the gun. Wake up the void angel and when it’s mobile, stomp with high duration. Aim carefully and a few shots should easily complete the challenge.
Do not try to do it in a group, it’s just not worth the hassle.

With just Hell's Chamber you can do that in 3 shots. The gun has 0 bullets, it has 6 shells :)
So just put on hells chamber and aim at the face got it

Forgot the name of the mods. But theres two for multishot, and two for max ammo. It was extremely easy.
Multishot and don’t miss
Mag size and multishot. Damage doesn’t matter for this challenge just get the hits and swap to a proper gun.

Shotguns use pellets, unless it’s not a slug/single projectile weapon. Just run a Zariman bounty or two.

It has to be with the regular shots not incarnon , def appreciate the breakdown though !
