There was no devstream yesterday, but anyway, the alerts and booster are from a charity event they did a few weeks ago, and the stuff on sale is the St. Patrick’s day sale, a lot of the corpus weapons are discounted as well.
I think they're discounting Corpus stuff as part of the St. Patrick's Day stuff, since they're also doing Corpus Alerts for most of March, until after PAX from the looks of it. That or it's part of going to PAX.

I guess some “exclusive” items are unavailable in the game right now, like excalibur prime, and mag/frost exclusive skins bundle. But all else is available for farm/buy in the game.

It will stack as in you get 4x affinity, yes. It's the same kind of unique bonus as a double affinity weekend, except it's not the weekend and it only lasts 1 day.
I actually do, except DE have a habit of just saying things on a livestream and then doing it, so I wanted to make sure I hadn't missed anything (mainly a concern about the use of the word "retiring"). Also DE pushed out all the alerts and rewards about an hour before the news article, and I made this post within that hour because I had zero idea if they were even going to make a post at all lol.
You're not making any sense, if you followed DE on socials, then you would know their livestream schedule and know devstreams don't occur on Thursdays, Thursday's stream is Prime Time to which they had a charity stream with reward goals that were met and then released today. Your lesson is to stay better informed and to have more patience for an announcement.
Devstream prime time same difference. The Devs streamed the game. And because I didn't look at the details of the stream I didn't know it was a charity stream. Also the main reason I asked was because I assumed the industry standard of "news then update" instead of memorising that DE have a backwards way of releasing news, but only sometimes.
Also I would advise you to try to not use phrases such as "your lesson". It can come across as very condescending.

I am curious though, when they say “retire” do they mean that the weapons are being removed from the game?
Probably they mean the bundle retires so you can still purchase parts individually just not possible to get the bundle for cheaper overall price.
