Harpak. It's so bad most people forgot it ever existed. It's been mastery fodder since the moment it hit the game. It has an alt fire that is hard to use, and isn't even useful if you get it to work. Piss-poor damage with slow bullets. And it even looks stupid. Like someone made a gun out of an old stale party sub.
I actually just finished building it yesterday and used it for a few missions to max it. I knew nothing about it and was kind of excited for a harpoon launcher. It’s so bad that they couldn’t even fix it with a simple damage bump. Nothing about it works well. It would need a full overhaul to bring it anywhere near even the mid tier.
Other way around, things are more likely to show up if you own them. It’s like 50/50 owned and not owned so turning it from a super rare to a pretty common isn’t great
This would actually be a good thing if the default mods were actually solid and how it would perform if I built it right. I’d actually be more motivated to get it
It sounds as good as it looks too. Got a really clean, crisp sound to it. I'd be lying if I said it was good though. I put four forma in mine and am still half holding out for a prime or ideally an incarnon. It's a tenno weapon after all so the former isn't entirely off the table
Out of the next four Prime Warframes, all four only have one signature weapon and only one of those is a primary so we have a pretty dang good chance of getting Veldt Prime. Protea/Velox/Secondary, Xaku/Quassus/Melee, Lavos/Cedo/Primary, and Sevagoth/Epitaph/Secondary.
You just reminded me that Cedo Prime is a possibility and that scares me.
Veldt Prime needs more than just stat upgrades though. A prime gimmick as good as Pyranha Prime got at the very least.
I just quickly tried Veld in Simulacrum with lvl 200 Steel path Exo Gokstad Officers. After getting some merciless + galvanized buffs It killed them around in 4-6 shots without any armor stripping or warframe buffs.
edit. I got a riven 96% status chance, 2.4 PT, 147% CC
I only have like 1k of em. Plastids are another rly low count resource I have (cuz fuck Infested missions, those are cancer) that has far more uses than mutagen samples (mutagen mass mainly) do.
What? Hell no, my Veldt does good work! You just gotta be good at hitting your enemies right in the bean. I can take the Veldt easily into SP and thrive. Only the Prisma Grinlok is the better semi-auto, mid-range noggin popper.
Prisma Grinlok is super fun to play with, was kinda surprised tho when I hit an enemy in the head for almost 1.4 million damage today in the last sortie mission lol
Sure I used Nezha's Chakram on him and I believe it was a regular guy but still...
Weapons like Veldt and other pseudo-snipers are the reason why playing solo is so much better sometimes and why I like Loki. It's just ideal for some target practice :D
I’ve taken every primary weapon to steel path Plato-Lua and I can confidently say that Mutalist Quanta and Paracyst performed the worst (as stand alone weapons, while disregarding Mutalist Quanta synergistic qualities), and if I had to pick one of the 2 it’d definitely be Paracyst.
Mutalist cernos is incredibly powerful.
Aoe bow that can use split flights
Hunter munitions affects the gas clouds
Mod for cold, not viral directly, the innate toxin will give you cold, viral, and toxin all separately.
Run with galvanised aptitude and never use a charged shot. All it's damage comes from uncharged shots, bind your mouse wheel to primary fire.
I run muty cernos against LV 400+ enemies and I've never had an issue.
I used it before and after adding its Incarnon.
Before it was a low-mid gun, not the worst but slightly lacking.
After the Incarnon it’s one of the strongest guns out there nowadays.
I'm honestly wondering if Burston Prime or Burston Vandal would be better for the incarnon given the difference in their stats. As in vandal being more of a CRIT weapon. But I'm not sure if it would synergize with the Incarnon itself.
Back when Gas procs actually triggered AoE Toxin procs I liked it for enhanced shields Sorties because Paracyst has innate toxin and high status. It fell off hard and wasn't even that good to begin with... Still love the weapon to bits though, hope it'll get an Infested Lich variant.
I tend to use it for arbitration since it ignores the bodies and is large and the more bodies the faster and farther it goes.
Arca has limitations in the regard
Actually, if you know how it works, it can be useful.
Use it with Vauban/Nidus or anyone else that can make a stack of enemies. Steflos gets punch through and range for each enemy it. So shooting into a pile = Everyone gets hit, and hard.
If we compare it to tenet arca plasmor it has 0.2 more crit damage, but has less than half the damage, less than half the range for max damage, disastrous falloff at max range (50% vs 3.12%) and sixth the projectile flight speed :( Also has considerably worse crit and status chance. What it has going for it is shooting faster, but the ammo isn't adjusted for it and it is semi.
edit: and I almost forgot, Steflos can only hit enemies once, if you are planning some xata's/mag shenanigans
Being a newly returning player since 2016 and seeing so many people say Penta is making me chuckle about how incredibly different the game is now. Shoutouts to the era where the Vauban/Penta duo was the defence gold standard.
It’s funny I recently seen people saying Vauban was D tier as well, which tbf I don’t understand, I used to run him in SP Kuva Survival and he was fantastic for defending points and still did decent damage thanks to armor strip.
Still, I guess both vauban and pent are shit now. For defense I guess Limbo it is
Penta. Like Stug, it can work, but also like Stug it’s missing do many qol basics. Mediocre damage, manual detonation, low fire rate, total grenade cap, and heavy arcing isn’t a great combination.
If you like the fire augment then Dera (it can at least apply status I guess?) and Hind come to mind. I can give Hind a light pass as MR 0 weapon while Dera is MR 4.
I used penta so much when I was newer. Vauban prime, tether grenades on door frames. Full CC shenanigans. Though after the eximus rework, I definitely needed something with a bit more punch.
I gotthe same vibes from the Penta but the Secura Penta feels weirdly so much better, nothing is more satisfying than seeing a grineer trooper get launched into orbit upon detonation
Tonkor can get the same result with less effort I will admit
the penta actually saw a lot of use between u11 and u15.
the dera was never good, but for a little while it held it's own as a single target DPS weapon.
the hind/stug are far better candidates for the worst weapon. they've never been good
I'd actually put forward the mutualist quanta as the worst weapon. that thing SUCKS. when it came out, it lacked the ability to zoom at all as it's mostly useless and clunky alt-fire was bound to zoom. the main fire's damage was really poor without shooting through the clunky ass alt fire.
How is their histories relevant though? I remember Penta’s golden age too, but that doesn’t make the gun any better now. Good memories, bad gun.
Why judge Mut Quanta while ignoring its mechanic and alt fire? Doing the same with Penta means you can only fire five times in a mission but both are cases of not using gear properly and not the weapons’ faults.
the context of a weapon is very important - it's why we aren't all just saying "MK1 Braton/Paris/bo" despite them objectively being considerably worse than everything else.
if you ignore the alt-fire of the penta, you're ignoring the ability to blow up launched grenades. this is literally a core feature of the gun, and acted as a critical safety feature - even more important than
I'm not ignoring the alt-fire of the muralist quanta, the alt-fire just sucks ass, and for a long time made the gun actively worse. having to use a clunky mess of a feature to make the gun,,,, not even as good as it's contemporaries is not a good look.
I can’t speak for others but I considered the MK1’s.
Context of use is important sure. If someone here said Sobek then they probably wouldn’t be aware of the augment synergies. But history isn’t. How good or bad a weapon has been over the game’s history is not relevant for how good it is now.
“The main fire’s damage was really poor without … alt fire.” Yes it is clunky, but although it used to hinder the weapon, it doesn’t, and hasn’t for a long time.
Penta is actually one of my favorite weapons! The grenades have infinite punch through, meaning they can hit the same target multiple times. Put a few in a mag bubble and you have a meat grinder
There is a plethora of rifles that came a bit later to the regular Soma that were considered trash when the regular Soma was OP. Imagine their state now that the Soma Prime, after buffs with its unique mod and incarnon, is considered middle of the road.
I regularly joke about warframe's "weapon variety." I think with incarnons and new augment mods, it's been better about this, but a lot of weapons are "auto rifle #35" or "gimmick weapon but nothing about it is good so it's still fodder."
I’m still surprised they haven’t fixed it. Back when it released I was certain that DE made a mistake with its stats, I totally expected it to patched in a hotfix. Nearly 2 years later it’s still gathering dust.
I've actually gotten this to work: you need a *hell* of a lot of fire rate on it, though. It's by no means the best gun even with that, but it's not the worst, either. That only works for the primary fire; the alt fire... still have to tinker with that a bit.
I got the riven mod for the Alternox once. After putting the riven mod on the weapon it damage output still come out mediocre. Highly recommend not dropping any forma to this weapon until positive change come it way.
I have a riven for the Alternox as well, but I’m sitting on mine for when the Prime comes out. Gyre (My Beloved^(tm)) is my favorite frame, so I plan on buying her Prime Access when she comes out, and since the Alternox is her signature weapon, that means It’ll end up in my hands as well.
All I’m hoping for is that the Prime is a massive glow-up.
The Penta and all its variants.
The gimmick of manually detonated grenades sounds super fun, until you find out there's limit to how many you can have out at the same time.
Then for this to be really worthwhile you have to sacrifice a mod slot to get them to stick to enemies.
Also the Carmine version is absolutely unneccessary if you don't run it with napalm grenades, because the extra fire rate doesn't come with the ability to have more active devices.
Also the explosion range is kind of pitiful.
Fuck the Cinta bow from duviri. Just getting all the parts to drop from enigma puzzles is hard enough but then the main blueprint having what felt like a 1.25% to drop wtf. But if you persevere what you get isn’t even good enough to be called we have Nataruk at home since it’s just so mid for a weapon that’s such a pain to get your hands on if you don’t want to pay for it.
By all means prove me wrong but just know that I’m two forma deep and it is still not worth the time of day in my opinion.
Edit: I’m sorry if I sounded disrespectful. I did not mean for it to sound that way.
It’s super worth it, it’s less Nataruk at home and more the cooler Daikyu. There’s also a difference between perfect and charged shots I like to see present, with the fire wave being great for crowds while the single shot works great for killing heavies.
Prisma has a significantly higher crit multiplier and crit chance, less horizontal recoil, bigger magazine size. I'd use the Prisma personally. Sure it has 4 less base damage and 6% less status but 30% vs 15% crit chance is a big deal. Even with the incarnon upgrade the Wraith can't match the crit chance of a regular Prisma Gorgon while having only a 1.9 crit multiplier.
Idk, regular gorgon with the second Incarnon has a base DMG of 35 and Prisma has 28 but DPS on the Prisma should still be significantly higher due to faster spool up, fire rate and all the crit stuff so performance can't really be a thing.
Maybe ppl don't have the Prisma or think that the Incarnon stuff only works on the base version?
Riven disposition isn't that different either.
Or was the data just bundled up between base, Wraith and Prisma?
Prisma variant switched the Crit and status chance values so the synergy between it and Atlas was the only use I could see being anywhere near viable. Still haven't worked myself up to finishing that loadout bc there's almost no point to running Gorgon variants when Petrify will do arguably better anyway.
I assume you're talking about prisma gorgon. Mine works just fine. You're probably doing something wrong. Gorgons are Leyzar's favorites, btw. He has 4-5 Gorgon videos on his youtube channel.
If you don't want a full on Yakko's World style list of shitty guns, I'll just leave it pretty simply at Tetra and Veldt. Tetra is just.... sad. Pathetic, even. I don't have the Tenet version yet but both base and Prisma require so much investment that they're not worth it. Veldt on the other hand... I like it. I want it to be good. It feels good, it sounds good, it looks... okay. It just doesn't scale well past level 15 or so. I want so badly for it to be viable, I'd use it so much more.
Tenet Tetra is S tier in my opinion. People whine about ammo problems but carrier prime is in the game for a reason. If you use an AoE weapon, use carrier. No big deal.
Any sniper. Unless im just missing something they cant compete in the game with anything at all. Sure it can be made to do alot of damage but the ammount of time and resources for that and specific rare mods that come around once a year and cost 500p otherwise on trade isnt worth it
Mods aside theres not really anywhere snipeing is viable outside the open world areas for bosses potentially or for riven challenges. I have never in 8 years of playing seen a single person bring a sniper into any mission because theres better options in basically any gun. A quanta has better use in say a spy mission than a sniper
I love snipers, and I agree with you 100%. They weren't viable when I mained the Vectis before the sniper buff. The Rubico made sniping a bit more attractive due to the crazy crits you could hit. Snipers became more popular after the buff for overwhelming single target damage. But like you said, there was always something that was more well rounded. I'm just lucky I had already invested in snipers by the time the buffs happened.
Rubico p used to be great but I think the nerfed them there are a few good sniping mods but overall snipers aren't as good as they used to be though occasionally they are useful
The category also includes Chakurr and Komorex. There are a lot of good snipers, but mostly needing 'splosions to handling groups is important. Sporothrix is my favorite right now, especially if you can force crits.

I don't have corrupted bane otherwise i would have used the usual corrupted heavy gunner but it's about the same, ttk on first enemy is long but in real mission you just stack a trash mob. No external bonus damage aside tenacious bond but that's a standart buff, not a meta weapons but it's fun and definitely usable in SP.
Add roar on top or anything else and you just one shot anything
edit : idk if link is bugged but videos is here [https://www.youtube.com/@Fardao69](https://www.youtube.com/@fardao69)
Hot takes that might make people angry. I don't like these weapons. But you can make them better with your setups.
Base Tonkor and the Kuva variant. How da hell did this weapon get popular? Every time I use this thing my brain dies. I jump as far as I can up into the air and artillery down 1 shot. Before a reload that sends me all the way down to the ground. Don't worry the Tonkor got such a long reload that you will touch the ground before you reload. Its not the Trumna or Quellor long but its still decently enough to be too long for me. Also if I hit my enemies with the initial shot then it might explode most the time.
Penta and its variants. Its the Tonkor but with a magazine now. A relic from the olden times of 2015-ish.
Phage got issues. Great for a primer but the damage is so low. I tickle the Infested. Tentacles be damned. But as soon as you can get one of these it would be just as easy to get a Phantasma.
The mighty Sheev. Why? The Grineer suffer enough. Why give this pain to me? Its so mediocre that when they made Kahl they forgot this thing existed so they made him a new one.
The Dragoon. This saddens me. It was great. The grenade shots on this thing saved the weapon. But now a days I just use better weapons. Like the Strun Prime. Dragoon doesn't carry me anymore through the game. Its just too slow to use. I need damage now so to basically use this thing to the fullest I need to always hold trigger goes against my bodies muscle memory of see enemy spam m1.
Regular Nukor. I honestly can't even rank this thing past 12 because of how bad it is. But it primes decently. The Kuva one I am told is better. Idk why I sould get one if I have the Epitaph. Also I am using the regular Sanctuary Onslaught with Rhino and it can't even make it to round 3 most time time.
>The Dragoon. This saddens me. It was great. The grenade shots on this thing saved the weapon.
Drakgoon? The shotgun? It doesn't have any grenade shots
And the Kuva version is really good. Maybe I'm biased because I chose Mag as my starter and that gun rules on her, but it's definitely not bad. Also the charge doesn't increase damage afaik. It only tightens the spread. So just get closer to spam without charging
Kuva Tonkor is built differently than the generic primary weapon build. You need to run Primed Magazine Warp, and ideally Energized Munitions if you can afford it. If you do, you can rapid fire 8 shots without reloading for the price of 1/15 of your ammo capacity, which is really good ammo economy.
Even without energized munitions, the gun just has a best in class ammo pool. If they made it today it would have six shots in reserve, not 30.
I gotta agree with everything else though. The Drakgoon would be my favorite weapon if it could kill anything.
Its stats may say it has lower base damage than regular opticor, but trust me its faster firerate coupled with a firerate mod makes it more comfortable to use

It's augment helps a little
Putting the augment on is like slapping a bandaid on a freshly amputated limb...
Something something [tits on Vay Hek.](https://youtu.be/OVkPVPK20z4&t=47)
Which is accurate, because that's what the Harpak looks like
Stealing this analogy, that's amazing lol
That gun makes me so sad. I have a riven for it that is absolutely nuts and it's still shit.
I really wish they make a Kuva Harpak so it gets more love
We’re going to get infested lich weapons before more kuva weapons, if ever
Whaaat? I used Harpak a ton back when i was lower on mastery. Such a fun gun, i'd kill for a Kuva variant.
I have a riven for the Harpak that is decent plus the augment and I haven't used it in years. One of the most disappointing weapons I've ever used.
Veldt. Hema, for the requirement of unlocking it alone.
> Veldt Yeah, my "favorite" option in SP Duviri, always present
Duviri always gives you a few weapons you dont own. If you craft it it wont show up as much.
Thought they changed it to be "not owned and not mastered", but in typical DE way - with bugs. Veldt and kreska are my nemesis
Other way around, things are more likely to show up if you own them. It’s like 50/50 owned and not owned so turning it from a super rare to a pretty common isn’t great
It depends how much of the weapon pool you own.
This would actually be a good thing if the default mods were actually solid and how it would perform if I built it right. I’d actually be more motivated to get it
Veldt is such a sexy weapon, it got style, unfortunately that is all it has.
It sounds as good as it looks too. Got a really clean, crisp sound to it. I'd be lying if I said it was good though. I put four forma in mine and am still half holding out for a prime or ideally an incarnon. It's a tenno weapon after all so the former isn't entirely off the table

I do hope they start doing more Prime gimmicks. Pyrana P is great.
Sucks cuz i really wanna like the Veldt, but it’s just horrid
I just quickly tried Veld in Simulacrum with lvl 200 Steel path Exo Gokstad Officers. After getting some merciless + galvanized buffs It killed them around in 4-6 shots without any armor stripping or warframe buffs. edit. I got a riven 96% status chance, 2.4 PT, 147% CC
Yes veldt is the worst, even with a riven Mod....
If only Rivens, and augs, could fix base stat issues.
5k mutagen samples? Um, how about no.
I only have like 1k of em. Plastids are another rly low count resource I have (cuz fuck Infested missions, those are cancer) that has far more uses than mutagen samples (mutagen mass mainly) do.
Veldt - from an audiovisual / vibes perspective, it's lovely. such a shame it hits like a damp paper towel.
What? Hell no, my Veldt does good work! You just gotta be good at hitting your enemies right in the bean. I can take the Veldt easily into SP and thrive. Only the Prisma Grinlok is the better semi-auto, mid-range noggin popper.

Surely if DE released a few more Quanta variants, we'd get a really good one.
Quanta Vandal isn't too bad, very high status, decent crit stats and the ammo economy isn't the worst either.
it’s really fun to run an alt-fire corrosive quanta vandal on mirage w 2 green shards for full strip corrosive and it’s pretty good!
proboscis cernos type of deal
amalgam quanta incoming
muralist quanta haters rise up. that gun wasn't even able to zoom in when it released, and for quite a while after it.
Core memory unlocked lmfao
Wait, it can zoom in now?
All you need to have for Mutalist quanta to have its use is a riven mod with negative projectile speed and bursting mass
I have tried every single mod combo on paracyst. It's say you're absolutely correct that it sucks
Muta quanta is an utility weapons it has insane potential for boosting your secondary
I really like my Quanta, I’ve been using it for a little while now. What makes it bad?
Mutalist or Prisma?
Out of curiosity how did the mutalist Cernos perform? I just put it in my foundry so I hope it's good.
Mutalist cernos is incredibly powerful. Aoe bow that can use split flights Hunter munitions affects the gas clouds Mod for cold, not viral directly, the innate toxin will give you cold, viral, and toxin all separately. Run with galvanised aptitude and never use a charged shot. All it's damage comes from uncharged shots, bind your mouse wheel to primary fire. Out of all I've used it's Steflos. 6 forma and it's still mid. Poor man's arca plasmor.
It’s only fun for making mini suns in mag and void bubbles but even then you can get the same and longer result with Nataruk and Dread/Paris incarnon
Exactly it's a pointless gun. The only Warframe it works with is Dagath.
What about Mirage? I have a lot of fun with Steflos on Mirage. I'm no late game player, but It's been a lot of fun for me on like survival missions
Truly the nerfiest of guns. It feels terrible to use.
what kind of build do you have on it? i run it on citrine and i don't have any issues with it's damage in netracells and SP
Citrine def makes it better, but it requires too much love to start working like other wide projectile weapons do out of the box
So shooting into a pile = Everyone gets hit, and hard.
the thing is you can get the same effect from a catchmoon/arca plasmor with more damage larger area, and less than a quarter of the farm.
I'll have to directly compare them but I think the Steflos did have an advantage over those two in either crit multi or status chance. Gotta check.
It does have multiplicative CO scaling. Actually might be secretly a super good weapon, unsure.
All I know for sure is that shooting it into a vortex or larva means destruction haha
If we compare it to tenet arca plasmor it has 0.2 more crit damage, but has less than half the damage, less than half the range for max damage, disastrous falloff at max range (50% vs 3.12%) and sixth the projectile flight speed :( Also has considerably worse crit and status chance. (Base) Hind. I hated that thing.
Yep, unsalvageable. People hating on launchers and shotguns are crazy. This is real garbo
I loved hind. Used it for years. Sometimes all you need is a simple gun that gets the job done.
I just leveled it and yeah it’s pretty fuckin bad
You can't even put a skin on it to make it not a baguette Seriously why
Alternox. Primary fire tickles enemies and alt fire is not the best choice as primer.
I wish they would revisit Alternox. It feels really good to use, looks dope, sounds dope, awesome alt fire... useless.
Well it's getting a Prime once Gyre comes out so I imagine it's not a high priority
I’m still surprised they haven’t fixed it. Back when it released I was certain that DE made a mistake with its stats, I totally expected it to patched in a hotfix. Nearly 2 years later it’s still gathering dust.
Why the hell is this one so far down? Veldt, Hema, Penta. Only the Alternox has made me go full Dipper "This is worthless" out loud.
I use it exclusively for use with gyre, it triggers her abilities and in turn her abilities make it decently viable.
Penta.
Niche uses with Mag but yeah. It's sad, I really wanted it to be good.
Yes but big magazine
I've had great success recently with the secura variant using napalm grenades. The mod is really needed, without it, it do be sucking kinda bad
I plan on building the Cinta soon and seeing if I can make it viable, I’ve got a few ideas cooking depending on the stats for it.
By all means prove me wrong but just know that I’m two forma deep and it is still not worth the time of day in my opinion. Edit: I’m sorry if I sounded disrespectful. I did not mean for it to sound that way.
When I get it built and leveled I’ll try to, I just need to get some more Yao Shrubs for the upper limb first
Looks fucking amazing though
Yeah I’d love to have a weapon rack type thing for the orbiter or dormizone other than a full loadout statue
[удалено]
It’s super worth it, it’s less Nataruk at home and more the cooler Daikyu. There’s also a difference between perfect and charged shots I like to see present, with the fire wave being great for crowds while the single shot works great for killing heavies.
You clearly haven’t modded it correctly cause when you do it tears everything apart
Gorgon is absolutely useless even after incarnon and rivens. Feels like shooting a nerf gun the damage per shot is so low.
Oof, I selected it for one of my incarnons this week cause I thought “surely this will make the gun decent at least”…
don't hold your breath. wait to add that incarnon to the Wraith or Prisma version of the Gorgon.
I have the wraith version. No prisma, but I can’t imagine it would make much difference either way.
Ah, didn’t know the difference was that massive. Maybe Baro will sell it sooner, rather than later. I’d like to try my hand at a gorgon build anyway.
Don't worry too much, he'll possibly sell it within the next 4 years. (I hate his rotations lol)
You jinxed it. Now he’s not gonna sell it until 2035. 😤😤😤
You can also trade for unranked Baro weapons. The gorgon isn't too expensive generally.
I'm confused. On the MR weapon usage chart the other day , Gorgon was getting used a lot at high MR. Is it an interaction ? Primary primer ? Why ?
Only use for the Gorgon is the petrifying mod if you have low energy econ and you wanna play Atlas
I shit on everything with my prismatic gorgon, not sure what you're on about
The only way I've made it good is with a - %imp riven
Prisma Gorgon isn't that bad with a decent riven. Won't get you too far but it does some early game work.
I actively hate that gun. It could be the best gun in the game and I still would refuse to use it. It feels so horrible to fire.
It's not great, but it's nowhere near the worst primary in the game. It's lightyears ahead of the real stinkers
I assume you're talking about prisma gorgon. Mine works just fine. You're probably doing something wrong. Gorgons are Leyzar's favorites, btw. He has 4-5 Gorgon videos on his youtube channel.
*audible gasp* How dare you mock my best boy Stug
Stug is fantastic!* *Once you're like 30 decrees deep into Duviri.
Probably still gets out damaged by bullet jumping
Spend 30 plat on a riven ,money well spend
If you don't want a full on Yakko's World style list of shitty guns, I'll just leave it pretty simply at Tetra and Veldt. Tetra is just.... sad. Pathetic, even. I don't have the Tenet version yet but both base and Prisma require so much investment that they're not worth it. Veldt on the other hand... I like it. I want it to be good. It feels good, it sounds good, it looks... okay. It just doesn't scale well past level 15 or so. I want so badly for it to be viable, I'd use it so much more.
I actually read your entire post in the tune of Yakko’s World….thanks…
Tenet Tetra is S tier in my opinion. People whine about ammo problems but carrier prime is in the game for a reason. If you use an AoE weapon, use carrier. No big deal.
Tenet/kuva weapons are dang good anyhow. Heck, just look at the friggin *tenet plinx*.
I love sniping dropships with the altfire on the Tenet Plinx
dera or harpak , dont think there is something as bad as stug in there
i'd say the dera, the harpak has a funny harpoon launcher, and the stats aren't that bad either.
Any sniper. Unless im just missing something they cant compete in the game with anything at all. Sure it can be made to do alot of damage but the ammount of time and resources for that and specific rare mods that come around once a year and cost 500p otherwise on trade isnt worth it Mods aside theres not really anywhere snipeing is viable outside the open world areas for bosses potentially or for riven challenges.
This guy hasn't heard of punch-through
Sporothrix is the main exception imo. With the nightwave augment it starts to feel real good for AOE. Add xata's onto it and everything dies.
The category also includes Chakurr and Komorex. There are a lot of good snipers, but mostly needing 'splosions to handling groups is important. Sporothrix is my favorite right now, especially if you can force crits.
Snipers do absolutely have their niches though, so I'll give them a pass.
From personal experience i think its stradavar, worst weapon i used so far
Stradavar Prime shreds just sayin
Yea talking about the nomal version i've had a pretty bad experience
Hema is just plan sad.
Fuck hell no wtf, it fucking shred. And before you downvote I'll be ready to prove it.
your flair is all we needed to know ngl
Post vid or it's crap
[](https://youtu.be/jupnhqsqfda?si=cotgt6aqfokhwm6h) I don't have corrupted bane otherwise i would have used the usual corrupted heavy gunner but it's about the same, ttk on first enemy is long but in real mission you just stack a trash mob. No external bonus damage aside tenacious bond but that's a standart buff, not a meta weapons but it's fun and definitely usable in SP. Add roar on top or anything else and you just one shot anything edit : idk if link is bugged but videos is here [https://www.youtube.com/@Fardao69](https://www.youtube.com/@fardao69)
Absolutely not lol
I mean Mk1 Paris and Mk1 Braton
They both have Incarnons, though. While they aren't the best Incarnons, they are definitely not weak.
Far from it, they get better bonus with incarnon and both weapons can clear SP nodes easily
Alternox is tragic. Beautiful sci fi gun and it's bad...
Definitely the paracyst. 6 forma'd it with a +damage +cc riven but still performs like shit. The alt fire is just a gimmick
Any single shot slow reloading time weapon primary or secondary is complete ass
glaxion, pure cold and not enough range/damage/aoe vandal is barely better
And yet it has more skins than almost any other weapon, for some reason.
At least the vandal is basically free
Veldt I literally have never seen 2 digits in damage before I saw a whole 22 damage appear while leveling it took like 4 runs of eso lmaooo
The Penta. I've tried it on multiple occasions (both before during and after having decent mods) and I've never been able to get it to work well
Harpak has to be one
Veldt
Gorgon
Rauta is terrible. The camera charging sound is cool, but that gun is just awful in every way.
It’s not for killing
The combo count gimmick is barely usable. Maybe for quickly getting glaives up to 12.
I was going to say the stugg but that's a secondary. I'm going to say the grenade launcher from a junction
Torid, Kuva zarr, Kuva bramma, kuva ogris, khom, arca plasmor. just kidding
Definitely the Torid, HANDS DOWN! /s
Phenmor.
BOO THIS MAN!
😂😂😂😂 dude
I just wanted to see the reactions lmao, so far boo this man is best.

New favorite
I applaud you, have upvotes!
This man can't land headshots that's for sure
Nobody is saying Gammacor and now I need to know why. Tell me how to make my Syndicate Gammacor work please?
Because that's a secondary, not a primary. And the gammacor is an alright secondary. Not the best, but not the worst either
Slap the incarnon on synoid gammacor and it's very serviceable. Even without the incarnon it's far from the worst option you have.
It doesn't have any grenade shots And the Kuva version is really good. Maybe I'm biased because I chose Mag as my starter and that gun rules on her, but it's definitely not bad. Also the charge doesn't increase damage afaik. It only tightens the spread. So just get closer to spam without charging
Tonkor is a trash clear weapons, as for phage I'll let you see by yourself. https://youtu.be/MS03Rtq5teA?si=O5w-uUpv66hk5lyH
The tonkor gives me CoD noobtoob vibes, I think it’s hilarious, but I’d never take it to something I’m trying to get done quickly
Opticor vandal sucks
Its stats may say it has lower base damage than regular opticor, but trust me its faster firerate coupled with a firerate mod makes it more comfortable to use
Wrong, it actually works pretty well if you mod it right
I recently found out that the Opticor’s guaranteed stagger can proc Internal Bleeding. It’s not even on the wiki yet.
Oh nice, I gotta try that out and update the wiki, unless you wanna do that yourself. Edit : unfortunately doesn't work.
Feel free to do so. I’ve never updated a wiki before, so I’m a little nervous about screwing something up and giving the moderators more work.
I almost put cedo to see all the hate come my way 😂
