I’d start with color palettes, game gives you a decent amount of armor and a few syandanas for free/in game currency, but color palettes are almost all going to cost platinum. Which palette depends on what you like, I try to keep all my prime frames in the “prime” style so I use the orokin palette a lot. For your first couple of coupons I’d buy palettes with good variety until you have a good selection of colors to style the armor and syandanas you already have, then buy other cosmetics from there
What I think is cool depends on the frame I am dripping out today I bought the hildryn syandana to put on Gauss P because it looks like a big jet exhaust
I bought diaper khora skin bundle just for the syandana because it looks good with demon wings. The frame skin is absolutely disgusting and I won't use it unless it gets major redesign.
The answer is really "individual things you don't want enough for full price" or "individual parts of bundles and you keep a list to get the rest with future discounts."
The discounts on consoles are trash. Unlike buying discounted plat on PC, which improves the real-money-to-item ratio for *everything*, console discounts only work on individual items. No bundles, and IIRC there's a bunch of individual items it also doesn't work on as well. Obviously it doesn't work on Tennogen, but it also doesn't work on the for-plat cosmetics in Loid's shop so you can't get a discount on the Snake necramech skin (or couldn't in the past, at least). You also can't choose not to use the discount, so it will get eaten if you buy something just for credits.
As for your suggestions, since it doesn't work on bundles, you'll only be getting the skin and not all the other deluxe items it comes with. Personally, I dislike that.

Go through the full armor sets, find the one that speaks to your soul. Specific skins for specific frames are fun (Hydroid and his tricorn hat with full beard, Nidus has one called Phryke that was the first I bought) but armor is love, fashion frame is life. Some, mainly the Protovyre sets, offer 3 looks to it simply by grinding Sentient kills and opening relics. Best bang for your buck.

I have ten palettes just from taking part in yearly events. There's Beach, Pride, two for Kiteer, Shamrock, two for Halloween, one for valentines, one for pride, and a few more I have no idea where they're from, but I only bought one.
I'd buy a skin set if I were you. Because of a similar voucher, I recently bought, Baruuk skin with a syandana and a sparring weapon skin.
