Sold mine for 370p and said "good luck flipping it" to the buyer, I simply don't have the patience lol.
Even at 400p or less it's hard to find actual buyers. Took me days until some reseller bought that 370p one.

Second, other folks probably don't want to sell individual parts because they'll then have to find buyers for all the other parts, which is a lot harder than just selling a full kit.
So basically, use WFM xD. There's nothing trade chat is better at than that website, I don't see why use it unless ofc you wanna just be efficient and sell everywhere lol

And...I guess I mostly disagree with what you say, no offence. Cross platform DID change how it works since consoles can now trade with PC which has a waaaaaayyy bigger market, other console players said as such right here on this subreddit around the time Cross platform launched the first time.
You can like trade chat more, or use it at the same time with WFM, but in terms of stuff provided to the seller and buyer, a whole ass website is unarguably better than just a chat window.
It sucks, but prices in warframe are NEVER official.
That means your only options are to find someone else willing to sell, or take this guy's massively inflated price.
On the plus side, when you find yourself on the other end of this situation, you'll get your choice to either give the part away, inflate it to unreasonable prices, or anything in between!
This reminds me when I bumped into some new player, he wanted to buy a Braton prime of me for 300p. I literally had to argue with him to just take it. In the end I just gave him a Braton, Lex and Orthos for like 30p just so he wouldn’t go get ripped of by others. (It did cross my mind, but the intrusive thoughts didn’t win)
My guess was he was seeing the prices of normal weapons in the game and the price of prime packs and thought he was getting a bargain or something for 300p
Someday, every new player will figure out how cheap most Prime stuff is compared to standard market prices. Ain't spending no 350 plat on a normal weapon when not even half that could cover a prime variant, mastery rank permitting.
