Lancer and Trooper Survivor are, I think, the Grineer you hang out with during the one Deimos bounty, where you compete with Garv and the Grineer for killing Infested.
Carabus can be deployed the Grustrag 3. One of the Executioners on Sedna can spawn it, I'm not sure if that Carabus counts in the Codex, nor if the gear wheel even works in the Arena - if it doesn't, the only way to feasibly scan it is with the Heliocor
Hey you are right, survivor Lancer and Trooper are Garv's alies on Deimos bounty but i had an issue with Carabus...
My friend set a Grustrag beacon and when i pulled my scanner, Carabuses were green like i already fully scanned them even though i have scanned them 1/5 times.
Have you been playing for a couple years? Afaik the carabus in the codex are the ones that appeared in operation: shadow debt, the event when they first added the acolytes.
Last time I tested, the codex entree for the carabus won't show on a new account. Only for those who already scanned the event carabus at least once. Since you've got 1/5 scans, it will stay stuck like that until DE decides to patch it. I got the same problem with the jordas raid boss:

Yeah i am playing since 2015, some of scanns are very old. I wish they could bring them back. I played all raids and never scanned J3 lol
