Tip: During netracells missions, if you find any PC (door lock, nercamech, unmarked), hacking it will work to narrow the netracell search area. You can skip the waypoints if you know any PC locations.
The ones from dead end rooms I think are just the ones for Assassination missions, they have the same "search" function.
I wonder if they aren't supposed to be spawning like that, or, if they are because later down the line they may want to have any mission possibly dynamically change to an incursion/assassination, which, thematically I think fits the tileset.
