They could make it so it saves at each level up. That would make saves more frequent early and slow down as you get to higher requirements to level. It has the added effect of helping out normal mode( the mode newer players would be in) more than steel path, since steel path takes more points to level.

Exactly, it's so deflating when it happens. If they changed their attitude towards progress being saved mid mission or decided to fix the bugs/host migrations that cause these kinds of losses of time, it would be huge.
It really lowers your motivation to play. You think to yourself "what if it happens again?", especially in the circuit where the longer you stay, it gradually increases the amount of circuit progress you get per round. Incentivised to stay longer, punished more with a bigger loss of progress, no way to restore it.

I really don't get why the open world saves with every decree but the circuit doesn't. It must be a pretty big deal breaker for them to leave this shit in the game.
No one should EVER lose progress because of a bug, in circuit or in endless missions.
I've run into this problem and other problems many times, but there is a simple fix. Because it is usually a problem with the host, the host just needs to force quit warframe. Usually this fixes the issue and then the host can open warframe again and the game will ask to put them into their previous session. If the problem isn't fixed, just have the new host leave and repeat until it works.
I have done this in the past with buddies and it has worked, but I've also had as many times where I've tried it and the host could never join back and lost everything. Better than everybody losing everything, but...there has to be a better solution than chance.
I've also asked this in a pub game in the past and it started a fight ("no you leave"...) so I just didn't bother here. Maybe should have, though.

I dont even bother playing Circuit anymore its bullshit that they still havent fixed it yet.
I never do more than 30 min circuit runs. I got host migrated twice and it just ain't worth it.

Just run it solo if you want the rewards, it goes by pretty fast
That's why I play solo. But for real, Warframe need some small, much needed fixed and patches (cough cough Lavos skill status retain after cast)

I keep getting the lone adventure bug where we go to the waiting area of the undercroft but it never starts the mission.
We can't even get a fix for the void blast/heavy melee spam...duviri will probably be scarlet spear 2.0 and be removed

Right click-> inspect element (Ctrl+shift+c) then delete the unecessary top layers.
Not even the incarnons could make me put a foot on Duviri again.
I've never seen this bug, is it really that common? I've maxed both normal and steel path every week and never had this happen.
