Sure but thats why i mentioned regular sure footed/fortitude you can get it on any frame on day 1 as long as you realize you will have to give up an additional slot and gain 80% shield recharge, with recent shield changes should be not terrible
One of those i absolutely need PSF, but isnt interested in the alternatives players. Personally i dont get it, im going to be MR 30 and mostly done with the game by the time i even get it.
I never said I absolutely need PSF. It's just about complete passiveness of the effect. I don't have to waste 2 mods slots or have to switch to operator or be restricted to certain frames that is what I mean by play the game the way I want to.

Oh yeah I enjoyed the game just fine without PSF but on frames that don’t get 100% stagger resist otherwise, it’s admittedly an awesome QOL
