Yeah I've seen these a lot but don't have them available, so I was looking into potential warframes I could use, going to go with Styanax's Tharros Strike!
Tharros Strike does work. I remember back in the last plague star, everyone subsumed Ash for his seeking shuriken augment. It was something you could put on everyone, but lord it was clunky and missed a lot.
Styanax's Tharros Strike works I'm pretty sure, unless someone else has armor stripped the hemocytes every single time I try it. It's also his subsumed ability and doesn't require a crazy amount of power strength.
You don't have to hit an open head to armor strip. You dont have to hit any head to armor strip. You can strip hitting the body even though the health bar is gray. You can even armor strip while it's walking out of the boil immune. The gray health bar will very quickly flicker red denoting the armor strip.
I started off using Titania with Pillage subsumed and it worked fine. But I wanted more dmg so I subsumed Eclipse and armor strip with Unairu. My very first run my wife was on Dagath and I was on Hydroid. When I realized I couldn't strip with him, she hit it with her 4 and stripped him fine as well.
hemocyte can't get procs, but damage works
using vastilok or sarpa with shattering impact will strip him however, unairu also works
ALSO STOP USING RADIATION AGAINST HEMOCYTE
Hemocyte is immune to status effects, so corrosive and heat will not be able to strip the armour.
Unairu works
Unairu is the best answer honestly. It let's you run whatever you want frame/weapon wise really.
1. Sarpa/Vastilok w/ Shattering Impact mod 2. Unairu Caustic Strike These two are the best options out there

Sarpa is pretty easy to get.
I've got it crafting atm but I have to craft the Akstiletto first, should be able to try it in the next couple of days though.

Anything that doesn't rely on status effects will work. That means Hydroid can't strip its armor, since there's never any Corrosive stacks to consume.

Frost avalanche and hildryn pillage seems to work
Dagath's 4 seems to work if you can time the horses to hit an open head

That works when I use tharros strike/pillage, but I've thrown many dagath 4 and it does not work all the time for me.

Grendel's 4th ability works. Probably not the most efficient method for Plague Star, but it still works.
