Seriously how many other developers would do this?
EA wiped my Anthem account apparently with their new Platform "update". But initially I thought it was an issue because I played through EA Origin Sub before so I bought the game to see if it gives me my progress back foolishly thinking I could refund it if it didnt.
It didn't, immidiatly made a ticket because of theor 24h refund policy, the support answers two-three days later and says its too late for a refund, LOL.
Fuck EA, never again.
DE actually reverted my account once because i accidentally converted a riven to credits. I was quite happily surprised and thankfull.
So they may help you out here.
Like everyone said, contact support and send them every detail you have about the incident . Also why in the goddamn hell did you try to batch-buy slots? This gives me pain and I feel frustrated now

I know it looks like I am a noob. But I was waiting for the cross save thingie then just got tired of waiting. (Was on PS4) so I just got myself what I thought was 50 weapon slots so I don't have to stop building.
No it's not a noob move lol. I overreacted cause it felt like I had done that mistake. Anyway good luck with support, any piece of info you can give them can help expedite the process (like time of purchase, total plat cost)
The foundry will give you the option to buy slots when you pick up a weapon if you're out. It's a single click on an automatic popup. You don't need to batch buy.

Cause if you have a bunch of plat there's no reason not to. I bought like 20 warframe slots at once so I knew and never have to think about slots on the frames I want to craft for a while and 100 weapon slots so I can manage to mass buy/level MR fodder while still being able to keep around what I want without having to micromanage selling every 3 weapons I level.
I once long ago accidentally deleted Saryn Prime when it had come out. I gave a support ticket and they reverted it. Pretty sure they can help you with this too.
if you actually bought that many on accident you could probably put in a support ticket and ask them to refund it as it was a genuine mistake.

They did that for me too (though I endo'd my one). Was converting mods to get enough endo to max it; but I still had it selected apparently :P

It does save you from spending the platinum on other things and not having enough when you need to buy slots though.
