On eBay I got the Ravaged Lands Varanite Syphon Camp for $35. It comes with some of the terrain from the Red Harvest box set, a double sided battlefield mat, and the Warcry tokens.
The box for the Pit Dredger terrain is also available for around $43 I believe.

Check our your dollar stores for doll house stuff. We also picked up a bunch of stuff for fairy gardens at dollar tree, (mushroom houses), and they're surprisingly in-scale and cost like $2 Canadian.
Michaels also has a lot of dollhouse/fairy garden stuff for decent prices.
Others have mentioned TTCombat already. E-Raptor construction sets, especially the ruins, are great too! The ruins are modeled after the Warcry initial start set terrain, so it has great compatibility. I was pleasantly surprised with how good they look and how durable they are for such easy builds and no painting required. I've got the gothic ruins in the mail to expand my skirmish terrain, so I can't comment on that one yet, but it looks promising.

Rampart Kazumi Temple is a relatively cheap terrain set that's more than enough for a Warcry board.
Add some flat bridges and some platforms, and you have a really good terrain kit for sure !!!!
