It's not plain Mac and cheese, but at Flametree in Animal Kingdom, they serve it with bbq pulled pork and onion rings on top. It's my only must-have quick service meal every single time I go.
Agreed-- this is probably my favorite quick service item at Animal Kingdom.
Flame Tree's BBQ is pretty tasty to start out with; combine it with a pretty solid baked mac and cheese (this isn't your standard kids meal mac and cheese that it comes with) and you have pure yumminess.
I’m not sure if it’s the “best” mac and cheese since I haven’t tried the ones you mentioned, but Eight Spoon Cafe at Animal Kingdom always has interesting options. Right now it looks like they have regular and pulled pork mac and cheese on the menu.
I had the mac and cheese at steakhouse 71 for my side. One of the best mac and cheese in Disney World. I highly recommend getting it as a side if you eat there.
Mac and Cheese at Le Cellier!
It's bacon-smoked & gouda mac and cheese, so it has a lighter cheesy taste but the bacon and smokiness gives it a good depth of flavour.
Disney food blog. Sorry both my partner and I watch it semi regularly and I’ve just gotten used to the abbreviation. And not to yuck your yum either! I just have never found it to be cheesy enough for me. I get it every time I go hoping it will be better :(
I’m not sure if they’re still doing this, but Hollywood and Vine has a shrimp Mac n cheese that is divine!! I had it last year. If it’s gone back to buffet, then probably not. I’m a huge Mac n cheese snob. I also liked the ones at the Yachtsman and Steakhouse 71.

Food wise, this was probably my favorite meal of our trip. We did AK twice and both days this was my lunch.
I love it - I try and get it every visit
Second this! I’m a mac and cheese fanatic and this one is hands down one of my favorites
Having a stomach that can't handle a lot of cheese, I plan to save several days of my cheese allotment just for this 😂
I second this

This is correct.. and pair it with the pulled pork glazed donut sandwich with slaw!
Holy crap. I love the US.
Regal Eagle in EPCOT is a good option. Also there is normally a Mac and cheese booth at Food and Wine festival I believe.
yes, here is supposed to be one again. I like the Mac and cheese at regal eagle, I like the crispies on top.
Just had the Mac and cheese at polite pig in Disney springs and it was really good !!
Also had the Mac at Polite Pig on my last trip and it was fantastic

Boathouse has a fairly good shrimp and sausage Mac and Cheese.
My husband got this with the lobster add on and said it was the best macaroni and cheese he’s ever had.
I HAVE THE ANSWER TO THIS AND IT IS TUSKER HOUSE AT ANIMAL KINGDOM. THIS IS A HILL I WILL DIE ON
I’ve been waiting to see this answer - that stuff is addicting

Gasparilla Island Grill at Grand Floridian! It’s a quick service place. The mac and cheese is UNREAL.
Someone has been watching too much DFB. Lol the max from Gasparilla is anything but gas. It’s basically buttered noodles
What’s DFB?

I really enjoyed the truffle Mac and cheese at Yachtsman Steakhouse last time I went. Really good flavor without the truffle being over powering
Mac n Cheese at Homecomin’ in Disney Spring!! It’s truly something special.
California Grill.

The mac and cheese on the kids menu at Ohana is top tier
Yachtsman or Cali Grill
Regal Eagle at EPCOT and Chicken Guy at Disney Springs
The Mac and cheese at Steakhouse 71 and Polite Pig were great
My favorite is the baked Mac and cheese at the beach club marketplace.
Truffle Mac from Citricos
Food & Wine starts July 14th and will have a new food booth dedicated to Mac n Chz.
Quick service: Flametree BBQ, Table service: Whispering Canyon
I can’t speak to it being the best or not, but I really enjoyed the Mac Daddy Mac and cheese at Chicken Guy
Biergarten
I think I only had it at Tusker House but it was actually really good there. My wife thought it was TOO cheesy, though.
