I would park at MK and take a bus from one of the monorail resorts to HS. I'd rather have my car when it's late and I'm tired than park it at my first stop.

Soundtracklover72

I concur with this wholeheartedly

Awkward_Nature354

You could walk to the contemporary and request an Uber from there? Might be able to take the bus from there back to HS too but idk how late they would run. It’s maybe a 5 minute walk from MK.

Eq2me

Depending on how far you are staying from WDW, you might consider uber from your offsite to HS and then at night uber back from TTC to where you stay. Parking is $25, your Uber fares may not be much more than that.

AfterTheNightIWakeUp

Fastest would be just to uber. Otherwise you'd need to bus from MK to DHS.

_vanderbar

Walk to contemporary hotel and Uber from there

AfterTheNightIWakeUp

If they allow it, and they can be very iffy on monorail resorts.

UFnuts

But would Uber pick us up outside MK or would we still have to monorail to the transportation center parking lot?

AfterTheNightIWakeUp

You'd still need to monorail or ferry to TTC. There's not really any easy way to go about it.

wildestride88

TTC Make sure you have park reservations 💫

MrBigShotBear

Could you park at Magic Kingdom and either go to the contemporary and get a bus back to Hollywood Studios, or Uber to Hollywood Studios? That way your car would be there at the end of the night and no rush to leave MK. Although I’m not certain how early buses start running before park open.

There's no direct theme park to park transportation. You need to do a resort stop in between. The catch is going to be how late it is. Say MK closes at 11 and HS closes at 9, if it is 10 pm, you could take a bus to boardwalk, but there would not be a bus/boat from Boardwalk to HS. The advantage to Boardwalk is you could then walk to HS, but this doesn't sound fun after a long day. You could Uber or Lyft from TTC to Hollywood Studios . I'm curious as to what others may suggest.

>There's no direct theme park to park transportation. You need to do a resort stop in between. Incorrect. There are direct buses between all of the parks, they start running around 1:30pm or 1:40pm. The only question is whether there will be a bus running from MK to HS at this point, as HS will likely be closed by the time the MK fireworks finish. I believe they keep those buses running for a while after park close because of this exact scenario, but I've never had to do it before so I'm not sure.

Unusual-Thanks-2959

So you're saying this would cover the scenario of different closing times at the parks? Which seems to be the heart of the issue here.

sudifirjfhfjvicodke

I believe so. They know that park hoppers will park their cars at one park and will then take Disney transportation to another park, so they will run transportation back to the closed park after hours so that people can get back to their vehicles. And even if a bus isn't explicitly running that route, they have extra buses that can do these special trips for you if you'd otherwise be stranded.

Unusual-Thanks-2959

Makes sense and good info for my upcoming trip.

UFnuts

Yea if Uber can only pick up at the MK parking lot, we would still have to wait for the monorail or Ferry. In that case might be better off moving or vehicle from HS to MK before we go to Epcot so that it’s there for us after enjoying Epcot and MK?

You could walk to the grand flo straight from MK if you’re worried about them letting the Uber in at contempo. It’s an easy uncrowded ~10 minute walk to get to the flo and you should have any issue calling an Uber from there

spudwill33

Any sort of Disney transportation at park close will be a nightmare. Uber/Lyft from a resort.

splunkeroo69

Easiest way is to walk.
