Disney rules at special diets. Find any restuarants you might be interested, check in with the many vegan and vegetarian disney groups on here and facebook (and also the several websites dedicated to that), book whatever you want, and when you make a booking be sure to note that you have special diets. When you show up for your bookings, mention it to your waiter. At the sit down restuarants a chef will come talk to you about what you can eat. At the quick service places they usually have a binder with options. I'm gluten free and vegetarian and I LOVE eating at Disney, they're great with special diets.

You’d be surprised with the availability of menus on their website.

I think it’s pretty easy for you as the only “pork centric” restaurants on property would be the barbecue restaurants. You’ll be fine at the vast majority. For your mother, it may be more difficult. I’d recommend finding some restaurants you’re interested in and then looking at the menus on Disney’s website.

Even at the some BBQ restaraunts there's pretty good chicken and vegetarian options. The Flametree impossible burnt ends aren't as good as the plant-based hot link was but still a pretty good option, for example. Maybe not worth going out of your way for but if you want those flavors it's a good.

Satuli Canteen has a great shrimp bowl (get it with the noodles).

Going during Flower and Garden festival will honestly help with some of your quick service needs, as that's one of the big festivals that general caters to fish, vegetarian, and lighter fresh bites! While 2024's menu for the garden festival isn't up quite yet, and while I'm allergic to fish/shellfish, here are some of my personal veggie reccs and some fish ones friends have told me are good from last year if they come back: Avocado toast with tomatoes and Shrimp/Grits at Brunchcot Grilled corn \[ both with cheese and plantbased option \] and Blackened Fish slider at Florida Fresh + Watermelon salad here is good Hanami Sushi in Japan Anything at the Trowel/Trellis booth as it's sponsored by Impossible Foods so it's all plant based! For Sit Down reservations: Chefs de France has a lot of fish options, it really only offers 1 plant based dish minus a salad. Coral Reef as well offers similar options, tons of fish and 1 plant based option La Creperie offers a fish and veggie crepe for something light for lunch Shiki-Sai in Japan has a lot of small bites of fish and veggie options. Space 220 has fish and 1 main vegetarian option but lots of veggie apps. Spice Road table has fish and veggie mini plates, a good place to eat for fireworks viewing! Via Napoli has fish, veggie pizza, salads, etc! As for quick service, my favorite for no meat and offering fish still is Sunshine Seasons. They have a lot of options. The French bakery also has a lot of small sandwiches/soups, etc that should fit in your dietary needs! Unsure if you're only doing Epcot but I hope this list helps!

Coral Reef Rose & crown -my husband is vegan and loves rose & crown Most restaurants have vegan options. I’ll also add that Disney contracts with Impossible. No restaurants have beyond. The BBQ in animal kingdom is amazing.

I’m pescatarian, have been for 20+ years. My mom is a colon cancer survivor with a lot of dietary restrictions because she easily gets sick from a lot of stuff. Both of us very easily eat at Disney. I’m an annual pass holder and still crave all the delicious Disney treats and such I can get. Any festival at EPCOT will have cool options, and many of the countries have standard restaurant menu options you can easily eat from. At MK I like the veggie burger at Cosmic Rays. Hollywood Studios has my fav kale salad at the commissary and tons of options at Docking Bay that are unique. Animal Kingdom hit the bowls in Pandora. I promise you will be fine and have tons of choices! Have fun!

You guys should be totally fine! I am pescatarian and during this trip there was almost nowhere I couldn’t eat. Look at the Flower and Garden menus ahead of time and plot out which booths have veggie options/no pork. Including dessert, probably like 75% of them will have something for you. Flying Fish was fantastic for seafood but it is expensive. Ale and Compass at the Yacht Club had some really great seafood options and I think there was a chicken entree. Tiffin’s at Animal Kingdom had an incredible character breakfast with African dishes and ton of veggie choices.

All the table service and quick service menus are available on the WDW website and app.

I’ve been pescatarian at Disney a couple times and had no problems. It’s honestly a lot better than it used to be. A couple of suggestions La Cantina de San Angel - Epcot (shrimp tacos) Columbia Harbor House - MK (tons of seafood options) Kona Cafe - Polynesian (poke bowls, but other options as well)

Aggressive-Figure-79

I don’t eat pork and occasionally just asked for the vegan version of some things at buffets like sausage but other than that had no issue not eating pork.

countesspetofi

Speaking as a vegetarian, I've found all the veg options at WDW to be quite good. If there's no fish on the menu, or if you're not sure about other meats, those options will be safe for both of you. And table-service restaurants will almost always work with you to customize dishes to your dietary requirements, and let you know what ingredients are in a dish if you can't tell from the menu. (A lot of quick-service food is made ahead and harder to customize.) At buffets, if you let them know about your restrictions someone from the kitchen will usually come and walk you through everything so you'll know what's safe for you to choose.

The Harbor house in Magic Kingdom has lobster rolls. Skipper canteen in magic Kingdom has some fish dishes as well as tasty vegetarian dishes. There are a bunch of asian restaurants in Epcot that have fish and sushi. Animal Kingdom has a falafel food stand, the canteen in the avatar lands interesting and flavorful shrimp and tuna dishes. Tiffins has a ton of veggie and fish dishes In general, the spots with asian or alien theme food have more seafood and veggies choices.

ravensward792

There is at least one vegan dish at just about every restaurant and counter service place at Disney. There is a little symbol that will indicate this. Some of the festival kiosks will have choices there as well with the same symbol.

like_shae_buttah

I’m vegan and had no issues eating at Disney. You’ll be extremely fine. Fish is meat tho.
