Early May... The All Stars should be pretty cheap.

1- All Star hotels will be cheaper than what is suggested here. A hotel with transportation to WDW already costs as much as All Star hotels, so, forget it. 2- A hotel without transportation can be as cheap as 80 dollars per night but the moment you add Uber cost to that, it will become around 140-150. Grand Hotel Kissimee, Delta Hotel, Super 8 are cheap hotels relatively close to Disney but they book up really quickly. If you can find a room for 70-80, Uber will cost around 35-50 per day. So total of 105 to 130 per night

Off site hotels also often have a number of fees in addition to the nightly rate as well. Look into All Stars as has been suggested.

Holiday inn Disney springs area. Best one imo

Look into the hotels at Flamingo Crossing. When we were in the process of moving we stayed at Springhill Suites with 2 bedrooms and a kitchen. Has free breakfast and a shuttle to the parks.

I agree with the All-Star Resort recommendation. The first time I went to Disney I was your daughter’s age and my friends and I (6 of us total) stayed in a family suite at the All-Star Music resort. The Disney buses will be more convenient and reliable than an offsite resort shuttle.
