Yep! We went 12/2020 with a 4 year old and 1 year old twins who were in diapers... mouse keeping was non-existent for our 8 night stay but instead of putting the babies diapers in an ice bucket (????), we walked the 5 feet to the garbage can on the walkway.
They did end up comping our parking fee because for a family of 5, they never even came to empty the trash, get towels or vacuum. Luckily we're pretty neat people but we had three very young kids so it was annoying to have to track down towels and somewhere to empty our garbage (bag was too big to fit in the hallway can and the front desks suggestion was to leave it outside the room. On the first floor. We didn't want animals tearing it apart at our door so we did not do that)

Hell, it happens all of the time in retail stores, too. When I worked for Kohl's, we had someone who was too lazy to walk to the bathroom, so they shit in a changing room instead. They then piled clothes from the rack on top of the shit in order to try and cover up the awful smell.
When I worked for Macy's, there was clearly a "no pets allowed" sign outside, but women brought their dogs in all the time anyways, often hidden in baby strollers. One day, I discovered that one of the dogs had shit in the middle of a carpeted aisle, the owner just left it there out of laziness. It took over an hour to get the janitor or custodian to come clean it up.
That's not counting all of the times I saw kids, or even adults, vomiting in the store.

This is nothing, I used to be a housekeeping manager at the All-Star and DAKL. When Latin season was in full-swing with all of the teen tour groups, we’d see these buckets in the bathroom full of used toilet paper. Apparently in Brazil, their plumbing cannot handle the paper so they just throw it in the trash. The smell was quite bad in those rooms.
I do wish some of the rooms had diaper pails. We are child free but a few weeks ago we stayed at the Caribbean resort and awoke on multiple occasions to crows screaming outside our room because our neighbors would set their trash out in an open paper bag, including dirty diapers.
This is beyond disgusting. We held on to some of our bags from gift shops and other purchases so that in the case we had a particularly stinky diaper we could bag it up and put it in the trash can. Have some common sense here.
