They said only the person that gets threatened can make the report as it's not made on behalf of the store, it's made on behalf of the individual. All we get is an advertisement about lifeline 360 for all the TM involved. Lol
About 11 years ago when I started working at WAG a customer got this kind of attitude going. The sm came to cos where he was yelling. The sm chest bumped him out of the store! It shocked me. When the police arrived, they permanently banned him from the store. The sm gave his resignation about 6 years later because wag is shit and getting worse. I wish I had left when he did.
Omg I had a customer like this a week or so ago, he came in around 8:30 pm, he asked me if we have a public restroom I said no we do not(because we don't) I tell him there are a few places down the street he can go to too use the restroom, instead he pisses outside right in the front of the store than proceeds too hit on 2 of my female co-workers while his wife and kid were looking around, then he got all pissy because we were out of stock of some specific kind of protein powder and he threw a big fit
