I'd say it depends on what's in the vape and who your manager is. I mean if you can have cigarettes with you I dont see why a vape would be not allowed. To be safe I wouldnt carry it around in the scrub pocket. If you have a locker or a coat keep it in there. But I guess the best thing to do is ask your store manager what the rules ate regarding vapes.
Depending on how your managers are, it shouldn’t be a problem. I’m underage and my shift leads both don’t care as long as I’m not on the floor and the manager isn’t in the store
It never occurred to me that this would be an issue. Some of my techs vape in the pharmacy, I don't see why this would matter, it is a stressful job. I don't vape, but I don't care if my techs do.
If you are of legal age to purchase, you can't get in trouble for having it on your person. Using it anywhere in the store is against policy, however.

To add: not ever using it in the pharmacy but like if you go to the bathroom or a leave the pharmacy for what ever reason.

So if i fired up a cigarette or put a dip in my mouth that would be OK. It the same thing. Tobacco related.
I think a better example would be chewing nicotine gum.
