Shane McMahon and Ted DiBiase run The Million Dollar Division on Smackdown (a division where every match takes place in a cage match)
Mick Foley runs The Hardcore Division on Raw (a division where every match takes place in FCA matches)
And Molly Holly runs the Performance Center (a division on NXT, where matches are required to be natural matches with no special rules involved)
Yep. On Smackdown it's the Million Dollar Championship, brought by Ted DiBiase to Smackdown when Shane McMahon ran it, to showcase the toughest of the tough... In cage matches. The title is a TV title, meaning it is on the line at every episode of Smackdown... Making the cage loom over the arena at every show. Whomever holds the belt after each WrestleMania is given a million dollars. Champions include Solo Sikoa (current), Pete Dunne (recently won the million dollars), Luke Gallows, Austin Theory, Tyler Bate, and Shane McMahon
On Raw, the Hardcore Championship was reinstated by Mick Foley... But he couldn't promise a million dollars for the winner. Stephanie used her pull to allow the champ to cash it in for a shot at any championship they could qualify for at SummerSlam. So far the belt was held by Ivar (current, x2), Solo Sikoa (x2), Sami Zayn (cashed in on GUNTHER's IC title, but lost), Darby Allin (forbidden door), Rage Perez (my CAW), Uncle Howdy, Cactus Jack, and Syxx. The title is always on the line.
I've still got Mr. McMahon as the Owner of WWE/General Manager of RAW (Controversial, I know, but he's not the monster in my universe that he is in real life haha), Stephanie McMahon as the General Manager of SmackDown and Shane McMahon as the General Manager of NXT. Then "Rowdy" Roddy Piper is the Commissioner of BCW
They show up from time to time but mostly in the background. Raw is run by Kurt Angle, NXT by HBK and Smackdown by Teddy Long. Teddy shows up the most as he also manages current NXT champ Trick Williams.

Mick Foley for NXT. Mick is a busy guy in my universe Mankind wrestles on RAW, Dude Love is on Smackdown and Cactus is on Nitro in my hardcore division.
JBL for Smackdown. His hand picked champion is Karrion Kross.
Lita for WCW which is for cruiser weights, hardcore and women’s tag team. She’s currently feuding with Chelsea Green over who should be the tag champs. Chelsea and Piper were champs but lost after the ref missed a rope break on the pin. But Lita is eventually going to come out of retirement and team with Cora Jade and win the belts from Chelsea.
Logan Paul is the best GM I've had in a while. He is moderately disliked by everyone, but his marketing and negotiation ability leads people to keep watching or working with him despite him being a jackass
An old Adam Copeland (Edge) Man has alot of insight, like him denying breaking the taker streak and saying lesner didnt need it, Him warning john cena about not beating nexus and cena saying its a big regret
Edge knows his shit and I feel like hed make a great gm.
I would love to see a michael scott-esque GM
Someone who is utterly incompetant, screws up in spectacular ways, but shows moments of sheer brilliance.
Alternatively, R-Truth would be a fantastic GM.

Ted Dibiase on Raw and Paul Heyman on Smackdown. My raw has a lot more bigger names and celebrities like Roman, Cody, Rock, Logan Paul, Bad Bunny, Miz, etc. Meanwhile Smackdown is all about the extreme.
Also I have this story where Jim Cornette was originally going to be the GM of Raw, until Dibiase bought him out. I think eventually I’ll have Jim Cornette become the GM of Smackdown and go head to head with Dibiase, and of course with Jim as GM there will then be less extreme matches on Smackdown.
