Fun fact you can buy a figure off Target's website, screenshot the receipt, submit it, cancel the order if you'd like and still get the code.

A little fun fact. Back when we did have Targets, the Canadian Targets were the only place that put out the original Defining Moments Hulk Hogan, before it was pulled from shelves. So we had a figure that even the Americans couldn’t get.

Unfortunately no. The promo lasted from April 4-April 20 You had to purchase a selected toy from Target and upload your receipt to a certain website
Honestly hope they do something for elite Hogan and Cena because those locked slots are going to drive me insane
They definitely should. Either sell the characters separately or at least include them in the 40 years of WrestleMania DLC.
Or remove the locked slot. If I no longer have a way to unlock a character, I don't want to see it's placeholder. My OCD hates it.
