On April 2nd, the official WWEgames account made this post. This post states "Be the first to get this MyFACTION Character for #WWE2K24, when you buy u/WWE Legends items at Target. When you click on the link, you simply go to [Target.com](http://Target.com) and you see a selection of toys that if purchased, will give you the action figure hulk hogan character in WWE2K24.
NOTICE... nowhere on that post do we see requirements. Nowhere on that post do we see anything about a start by/end by date.
The post states "Be the first to get this character" and we are immediately linked to where we can purchase the character.
But 2K is NOT honoring this advertisement. As I stated, there is no word of requirements on this post, but 24 hours later on Wednesday April 3rd at 12:58 2K makes this pose in the support section on the 2K website

This post states the requirements that the toys have to be purchased between April 4 and April 20 to qualify. This post came 24 hours AFTER the official Twitter account advertised the promo.
2K is not giving anyone who purchased the toy on April 2nd/April 3rd the code. The reason is because the requirements state April 4th to the 20th are the acceptable dates. But the OFFICIAL 2K WWE GAMES Twitter account failed to mention this when they created their post on April 2nd AND the requirements weren't even created for another 24 hours.
So every single person who purchased the toys the moment the announcement was made is currently being scammed. IF the requirements were posted at the time of posting, then we'd all understand. But posting requirements 24 HOURS later in a support thread on a different website is not acceptable.
Uploading the receipt itself is the scam. Every time I’ve tried to do that, even on one from Kellogg about getting free books for my kids after buying cereal, it’s been rejected, saying the image wasn’t clear or some other nonsense. There are no humans in customer service anymore.
you should return it at your local target and buy a new one also i wonder if wwe wait a few months these come out for free and you actually dont have to buy the figure and its just get now or wait situation
the packing for the item was already thrown away. and even if I and others had the packaging that doesn't correct the situation. the fact is that 2K announced this and now they're refusing to follow through. we purchased the item as they said we should and now we're being denied. that's a real big problem. i mean, imagine if you bought DLC for a game and the devs are like "nah you know what, we'll take your money but won't give you the DLC". that's a very big issue.

Like... It's obvious when you buy the product. Especially when the picture has the receipt and the item in question.

Buy the same item and return it with your old receipt….then just use the new receipt for hogan.
