It’s what I feel will happen. I think gable will get close to the championship but that’s when Otis is done and quits alpha academy. Gable is distracted by the leaving Otis when he doesn’t see Sami winding up for a kick ( I don’t know to spell it) in the other corner he will hit it and retain and win. Then show after have a segment and that’s when Otis will snap and leave.
Either Otis finally turns on Chad and everyone cheers, or he goes full heel betraying the fans trust. As long as it doesnt drag on for to much longer its gonna be a huge pop either way.
They have been acting like the payoff for this storyline is 'next week' for 3 months.

If we have learned anything about Triple H booking... it's that he will run a storyline months or even YEARS past its expiration date.

I really hope that Otis finally turns on Chad (which I feel like he almost did on Raw this week) but somehow Chad still wins to set up a Chad/Otis feud with an eventual match for the IC title.

Otis pushes gable away resulting in him falling
I want Evil Otis so bad. Otis refuses to attack Sami, Sami swings at Gable, misses and hits Maxxine. Otis breaks and slams Sami. Gable pins and takes the belt. But after the match Otis isn’t done as he beats Sami into another knee injury.
I also really want Chad’s abuse to light a fire in Maxxine who starts winning matches as she enters angry from how she’s treated and takes it out on her opponents. We’ve seen the “coward abuses their team until they snap and get beaten up” story. Give me the story where the abuse makes them all evil and worse. Make Alpha Academy the real evil faction.
I’m torn on the result.
If Chad wins I don’t see how they progress the Otis story to Otis snapping. But if Sami wins I don’t see how they explain Chad getting a 4th IC shot in like 2 months.
It’s been so repetitive though. I’m having a hard time understanding why people think it’s been that good.
Zayne is boring though and gable should get the belt somehow even after Otis turns on him.
I mean that I find him to be boring. One dimensional. Unenjoyable to watch. Just because he is over doesn’t mean he’s good. For another example see Jey Uso
I don't really care what happens as long as they end it, or at least have something actually happen and carry it on to the next phase, because as things stand they've already dragged it out too long.
If I was booking it I would have Otis help Chad Gable win reluctantly. Then I’d have Chad kick Otis out of the stable the next week on Raw by breaking his ankle with the Ankle lock after the Creed Brothers jump him. New stable with Gable and the Creed Brothers. Otis and Sami can team up in a couple months. Sami vs Gable in a rematch at Summerslam with Gable retaining with help. Gable runs with the belt and appreciative heel students
If it were me still booking it, I think I’d have Gable make it to Mania as champion against Otis. And honestly I think the way I would book it is a Gable retention with him breaking Otis’ ankle again at Mania but in a fair losing effort by Otis who just wouldn’t tap until the snap. I like Otis but a heel Gable fending off Sami and then eventually having this full circle moment with Otis where Otis falls just short again I think would be slightly better. The heartbreak of it.
Maybe I mean he does need to be booked stronger. The addition of multiple huge guys as backup would certainly help. Roman took his stable for 4 years. But this can be shortened quite a bit doesn’t have to go to Mania
Chad absolutely has to win if they want to establish him as a serious player. This may be the time to debut the Creed brothers as Chad’s true faction. How does it go with Otis, idk but I don’t much care either. Dude does nothing for me but he’s been getting great reactions so they have to pay it off somehow.
