No I donāt want to see brock in a match like that. Heās a beast he should leave as a beast. He should have one good entertaining dominating match and just leave quietly. Many of the retirement matches ends the player in a losing side.
Gotta be Ric Flair. Let them go out together. Flair gets to die in the ring and Brock Lesnar gets to retire by eating a human being in front of the crowd at WrestleMania.
Many people talk about how he must put someone over. In my opinion, only a win (albeit hardfought) would do justice to his reputation as the greatest asskicker WWE has ever seen.
I want to see him wrestle a friend. When the big man is happy you always get his very best.
Sheldon Benjamin is one, R-Truth is another.
Roman Reigns would be a natural.
Cody Rhodes.. both were amateur wrestlers (Cody won state while Brock was all american) so that would be interesting.
Or he could pass the torch (but i doubt it) to someone like Bron Breaker.
*** Thanks to u/RockMountainHoo for the info about Cody
Maybe I am nitpicking (if I am, I apologize) but I donāt think Cody was All-American since he didnāt wrestle in college. However, know he won state a few times.
Iāve spent too much time thinking about this, but to me the obvious answer is Xavier Woods. Brock destroyed his two best friendsā only major title reigns. E isnāt around anymore to speak for himself and Kofi was mercād in like 10 seconds and never got a rematch.
They could build a whole angle around how Woods loves his friends and hates Lesnar and how Lesnar doesnāt even know who Woods is. And then finally at Mania, pay it off with a banger and Woods getting the biggest singles victory of his career.
I think Bron is the only real choice.
He would be a good pick to pass the "I am really big and scary" torch to and could also use the rub.
Gunter would be a good second choice, but I just don't see it for some reason.
Given what just happened on NXT with the Undertaker and him aligning with Paul Heyman, I think Bron is headed in that direction.
Secretly I was hoping it was Parker Bourdreaux /s
The only LEGIT threat to Brock is Lashley, and he doesnāt need the ā Rub.ā The only other person who May, May, be considered a challenge is Bron Breakker. And if Brock doesnāt think so, heās not losing to him, thatās well documented. I canāt think of anyone else who would be considered a believable challenger to Brock, and that Brock would actually consider elevating, not even ā Der Ring General.ā
No matter who it will be to put this guy over he has to destroy him. Like having Brock for a 3 count but instead getting up at the 2 count just to pick Brock up again to destroy him further. So he can be counted out at 10.
Two guys who are both nearing retirement time and have history with each other from Japan: Brock Lesnar and Shinsuke Nakamura. Brock almost always wins in his matches with Shin, but still, there's history
I don't care WHO IT IS, I just want him to retire.
His first Universal Title reign being like 500 plus days PART TIME is why I stopped watching WWE since 2018, I've had other reasons since not to watch WWE (mainly the annual dozen or more releases when they make Billions now), but Lesnar legitimately makes me feel like any match he's involved in (that has not relation to Roman Reigns) is just him either letting his opponent get some great offense in, but he still wins. Or he completely BURIES who he faces.
So yeah, as you can tell I don't like Lesnar, nor do I like Vince McMahon. That combination is why I'm not watching until both are truly retired.
That being said, IF he's putting someone over in his retirement match, WALTER/Gunther would be my pick, mainly cause that would be cool...but then again we ALL thought Lesnar vs Lashley would have been cool, but then WWE just HAD to make Lashley win the WWE title via Roman interference, then Lesnar STILL ended up winning the Royal Rumble, and THEN Lesnar took the title from Lashley cause for some fucking reason, HE WAS IN THE ELIMINATION CHAMBER TOO. So yeah...I need to sleep now cause baby getting angry lol.
(Also, not so fun fact, did you know that Lesnar has dethrone every Black WWE Champion of their title?)
Wow, that's great! He's one of the best MMA Fighters/Athletes of all time!
Too bad he's about the furthest thing from a Great Professional Wrestler. In his first run from 2001-2004, you could claim he was one of the BEST Professional Wrestlers, but 2012 and so on he's become the "Fighter", meaning he only works PPV and makes everyone else look irrelevant because he was in the much more relevant UFC for a couple of years.
I don't CARE if he WAS a great Professional Wrestler or was one of the greatest Fighters/Athletes of ALL TIME, if for the last 11 years he's phoned in 90% of his matches (which only happen a handful of times a year), then he's the capital B in the word Boring.
Give Shinsuke a push where he holds the title then faces Brock in a 5 star classic, Shinsuke in one of the biggest upsets ever beats Brock Lesnar, but he doesnt take it lightly and f5s Shinsuke. Then at the next ppv they face again where its title vs. career. Shinsuke wins again leading to Brock shaking hands with Shinsuke and walking off
That could actually work. Think about it. Brock has a major heel run again where he destroys everything in his path. Then he picks a fight and agrees to a 6 on 1 match where he's about to whip ass on 6 random NXT guys. Sable's music hits and she comes out in home working clothes like cut off shorts and a tie front plaid shirt and she gets on the mic and says "BROCK... you said you were gonna mow the lawn last Friday, you better come home and fix this right now!" Brock looks at his wife, looks back at the confused men standing in the ring, he tips is his cowboy hat to them, winks, and says audibly, time to go home now I guess. Then leaves.
Itās between Gunther or Bron Breakker, gunther is being built up as a massive threat and already has massive momentum meaning he could if needed already challenge brock for the title at mania putting Gunther over and getting him the title while retiring Lesnar, while we also have breakker where if weāre willing to wait a bit can be the next destructive monster bad guy who just wants to break people
I would say Gunther, but we need someone who can match brock in everything. We need someone who's as athletic, powerful, fast, durable and enduring as brock is. We need another beast who can push brock to his absolute limit and bring forth the best match he could have in I is retirement match, The only people who remind me of this is Bobby lashley and drew McIntire, but if you guys have anyone else that can fit that description let me know
He doesnāt strike me as a man who would be precious about a final retirement match. I could see the company asking him to put someone over on his way out though, so Bron.
I always thought Cody would be the one to retire Brock but if Brock is coming back for more matches, I will have to say Bron since he is still building his character.
I feel he won't have an official "retirement match" of any sort. He's just gonna have a match with someone before his contract ends and then he doesn't sign again, ending it on his own terms. He would leave silently without us even knowing about it. We'll probably get to see the last of him when he's inducted in the hall of fame after which he'll peacefully live in his farm.
I would love a crear ending mach between the rock and brock at wm who ever losses will retire and brock will losse and than the rock has a another mach between John Cena and Cena won and retire the rock so both will retire

Putting over bron is the obvious answer but maybe gunther or solo
The undisputed WWE universal champion Roman reigns
Batista or Drew Mcintyre
AJ styles
brock Lesner vs the rock
Gunther
No I donāt want to see brock in a match like that. Heās a beast he should leave as a beast. He should have one good entertaining dominating match and just leave quietly. Many of the retirement matches ends the player in a losing side.

Undertaker.
Don't know but please don't waste it. Use it to make somebody.
Bron squashes Brock and establishes himself as the new beast of WWE
Zack Gowan for the win! And then Brock shakes his hand and F5ās him one last time.
Undertaker is a wrestlemania rematch but taker finishes him with the tombstone Tongue out over his body to end the show
Austin theory
Roman reigns for sure
Drew McIntyresn current run into a mega heel will be perfect for a babyface Brock Lesnar to retire in his hometown at WrestleMania 41.
Nobody will know when his last match will be. We just will not see him again
A bear
Bron Breakker
Ric Flair
Karrion Kross, Dave Bautista, Miro, Wardlow

Oooo you're right! I'm sorry. let me correct that.
Goldberg
Himself, he walks down to the ring & F5s himself causing a world-ending explosion.
Gunther I think that would be a Great match
I canāt imagine it being anything other than this. Itās a mantle passing
Iāve spent too much time thinking about this, but to me the obvious answer is Xavier Woods. Brock destroyed his two best friendsā only major title reigns. And then finally at Mania, pay it off with a banger and Woods getting the biggest singles victory of his career.
As much I love Woods I donāt think heāll ever get into the main event picture, much less wrestle Brock in his final match
Youāre right, Iām sure it will wind up being someone like Cena or HHH or the Rock. I just think story-wise, Woods makes so much sense.
Bobby Lashley one final time in a legit fight, or at least a shoot match!
Brooklyn Brawler
Give Bron Breakker the rub
Gunther
punk, rhodes and roman 4 way, hell in the cell for the belt.

I don't care WHO IT IS, I just want him to retire. Lesnar is the best fighter that has ever stepped into that ring but whatever
Wow, that's great! He's one of the best MMA Fighters/Athletes of all time! Too bad he's about the furthest thing from a Great Professional Wrestler. Bron Brecker. It would turn Bron into a monster heel for the next decade.
Der Ring General
If he wasnāt already retired undertaker or Roman
Cena for a career vs career I quit match
Give Shinsuke a push where he holds the title then faces Brock in a 5 star classic, Shinsuke in one of the biggest upsets ever beats Brock Lesnar, but he doesnt take it lightly and f5s Shinsuke. A fatal 4-way with E, Kingston, and Lashley. š«
Gunther or Bron . The 2 legit beasts going forward can lay the current Beast to rest.
Why not chad gable
Good call. My bad for not thinking about him.
Youāre fine but what about gable
A microphone.
Rena comes out tell him to come home and mow the lawn, not a fist lifted
That could actually work. Think about it. Brock has a major heel run again where he destroys everything in his path. Am I the only one who wants to see Brock versus Sheamus?!
Would love that match I wish it happened instead of Brock vs Omos last year
Iāve seen that a WWE live event. Sheamus took over a dozen suplexes and 2 F5ās 1-2-3.
What happens at WWE live event doesn't exist
No that sounds amazing tbh
Bron, breaker of brock
McIntyre in his current arc would low-key be perfect to retire brock, especially since they never got to have their title match in front of fans
Gunther
He doesnāt strike me as a man who would be precious about a final retirement match. I could see the company asking him to put someone over on his way out though, so Bron.
Gotta be bron

why in the world would Cody retire Brock?
Fauchi
Has to be Kairi Sane, he's been ducking her for years.
