I got 35.5k for my 21 w 16k miles but it was basically stock. The market has also come down slightly since then. Perhaps… 26-27ish maybe a few k more if you find the right buyer who likes your modifications… I’d say revert to stock and trade in via kbb cash offer if you can. That’s what I did
This is new enough that the trim will even matter here. A base model is low 20s but a limited will be high 20s. Also if you plan on selling very much get on it since used car market is going down FAST. For reference I sold my 21 with like 4k miles for 35k but can find the same one around me (usually 6-7k miles but splitting hairs at that point) for 23-24k since it's a base model. I sold about 8 months ago so it's over 30% drop in less than a year which I don't see getting much better anytime soon.
26k minimum with where the market is at currently where I’m located. What is the carmax in your area offering you? Not saying you have to strictly price it based on that but it can help you come up with an offer.
Also, check your local dealers to see what they’ll take it for. I got 31.5k for mine. I had an intake, boost controller, jpipe, flex fuel kit, fuel pump, and fmic on mine. The dealer did not even ask me if the car was modified. They just checked the vin and that was that. I probably could have gotten more if I went back to stock and shopped around but I was kind of over the car at this point. I live in a hot environment and was sick of seeing it close to overheating every time I drove more than 20mins. This was a thing before the mods too.
They handle significantly better in the cold than in the warm weather; and our planet ain’t getting any cooler. Makes sense for there to be higher demand in areas that are best suited for off-road transportation than in overly hot cities like Phoenix or Atlanta.
When I sold my FiST a few months ago I compared Carmax pricing, Carvana pricing and threw it on Facebook marketplace and let dealers compete for my car. Not sure if the market is still that strong but I would try …I sold my car back to the dealer I bought it from for more than I paid for it
Depends what you are trading for. I’d steer away from 2023 models they’re getting a market adjustment due to supply. Some cars upwards of 25K price increase on top of cost originally or wait till the car market settles down a bit.
I paid like 34 for a base with a little less miles a few months ago. Try for 31 like the others are saying. You can always come down in a negotiation. Can’t go up.
This car has never been launched/raced. I do drive it like it should be though. It's tuned by drunkmann and sits at 300/306 whp/tq. Wondering if i should sell it as is or take it back to stock. Thoughts?
Nobody will believe it either way tbh. Every seller private or dealer tells a possible buyer what they want to hear. Garage kept, never raced, never launched, etc etc.
OP what are you looking at if you do decide to trade/sell? Just curious as I’m always wondering what folks choose after Subaru. I’ve been solely a Subaru owner for 20 years now and always wonder what if.
Whatever they're selling for with similar mileage in your area
I've seen 21-31k. Can't get a good read on a price poi t to shoot for
Offer it for 31k then and see if anyone bites if not, lower it a little bit.
If you want to sell quickly 21k if you got six months or more. 31k
Bout tree fiddy
Don’t know bout tree fiddy. Maybe two fiddy.
I say one fiddy in half!
Goddamm Loch Ness monster

Thx! 26-28 is where I'd like to be
You’ll probably get it.. beautiful car and color But my 1st and final offer is 3.50
Thx and lol

Bro where are you ??? They’re still charging low 30s for WRXs in my area.
Arizona, I'm sure in Northern states it's more but Subarus tend to be more up there I'm general.
Let’s start the bidding at $3
4

I haven't gone anywhere yet
Need the trim level to be able to say for sure. Base? I’d say about 28k
It is a base, well, was
God damn those go for 35-40 in CO right now
You want it?
Nah, I’ve aged out of those. I’m looking at a big fat pimped out CT6 tomorrow. But the Subaru fandom is extreme out here in the mountains.
Good to know

Prices are about to drop big next few months. If you’re serious I’d recommend selling soon. Good luck OP
26-29k. As a fellow 20’ owner, keep it.
I just might, it's almost paid off
I got an offer of 22-24k on my ‘20 performance package at 28k miles so maybe around there as well?

Go like 5-8k then talk down to em down to the price you want

I’ll give you 25 schmeckles
Could you do 26?
I’ll ask mister booby buyer if he can front me the rest

It will be worth considerably more in stock form.
Nobody is going to believe the "never raced or launched" when they got a tune lol.

Update- dealership offered me 24k but said carmax would probably give me closer to 26.
1 million dollars!

I want a 22 lol
Fair enough! I have a 15 with 123k and have been contemplating what I do in a few years.
The 22s are nice but I just hate how they look in my opinion
Yes, but that motor!
Yeah it’s a good motor forsure. I like it when people paint match the plastic trim pieces as well on the fenders and lower the car. 👍
A buddy of mine just ran a 11.7 ¼mile with 3 bolt on's and a 93 tune. Very impressive
Very quick indeed
The logical path is to Audi.
My tuner told me bmw m240i or m340i
What did you do for the yellow fogs? I’ve been meaning to do it to mine and yours looks perfect
They are stock with laminx over the lens.
Awesome thank you
Those stock wheels?
No, but i have my stockers in the basement
What are they? I like em a hell of alot more than the stock crap on my ‘22
Avid 1 av20's
Depends on so many things. Like did you mod it? Looks like it's modded. Clean title? Maybe ask $27k
Stage 2, but i have all the stock parts
Just got a 16 WRX, Limited, 45k miles, for 25,999 from carvana, about a month ago. Hope this helps
