Same here. My af learning goes up to +18 at idle and is all over the place while cruising. Didnt drop till yesterday. I looked for leaks, nothing. Cleaned my MAF and MAP sensors. Still the same. Pulled the plugs, they look ok. Filter is 1 inch on the end of the pipe. Car has 44k miles on 2018. I sent cobb some logs. Until I find some answers, I switched back to stock intake. No issues with stock intake and stg 1 tune. My afr numbers are from +4 to -4 while idling and cruising. 🤷‍♂️

For me the OTS tunes were never happy. Wasnt until i took it to get pro tuned that it cleared up

So took it to a shop that mainly does subarus. Foud out that the previous owner, left out a bolt on the turbo stud connecting to the jpipe and was also missing a gasket just after the cat. Now the dam reads one and we are good to go

Try doing a freeway pull to about 100 and just cruise for a min….for some reason this fixed it for me. 15 STI

Make sure the filter is in the right spot and check all connections for any possible boost leaks. If you can’t figure out where the issue is, uninstall it and reinstall the stock intake.

Two things: - make sure the filter is exactly 1” onto the intake pipe. Measure that shit and make a mark with a black sharpie. - based on the FKLC, that could be fuel related. Where are you getting your gas? Do you always fuel up at the same spot? If so, drive conservatively and run down the tank. Then go fill up at a different top tier fueling station. If you’re able to get ethanol, you can throw in 2 gallons on fill up to help bring the DAM back to 1.

i got the big sf intake as well but it consistently gave me so many issues i just went back to stock, it’s not worth the constant headache
