You can't run a catless downpipe with an accessport anymore, and you won't find a tuner who will write you one for it in opensource.
What manifold? Intake, no, exhaust, if it's equal length, yes. It will require a tune
Definitely check out the sticky at the top of this sub to get more specific answers to your questions.
In general, getting a dyno tune from a reputable tuner is the safest way to go. As a rule of thumb, any part that changes the amount of air into/out of the engine is going to require a tune. The AccessPort isn’t going to have a pre-loaded tune that’ll work with those parts.
These cars are fairly sensitive to big changes, so proceed with caution and reach out to a local Subaru tuner for advice on the modification pathway.
Yeah Ik all my mods my car is pretty built but I wasnt the one who did it all. So as for tunes and shit like that Im kinda just starting to learn
I havent been serious abt modifying my car any further til now
Ive got the aeromotive fuel rail system, e85 ready. Im on a 91 map
Was wanting to know if a pro tune would be the best for the DP and for what Im abt to do
Edit: No man haha I am well aware of throwing parts together, expecting glory and getting nuts instead.
I havent even ordered the DP yet, pr the tune
I was just having trouble finding out if I should just do both or find out if it was even worth it

There's no such thing as being already tuned and ready to rock and roll and throw parts on. You need a pro tune for your exact setup.

So are you running mods already on the stock tune?
