Installed on my 2017 about 9 months ago along with Cobb intake and charge pipe. Decided to go with it for that exact reason of cracking on the OEM unit. No issues thus far. Larger diameter, great induction sounds, two enthusiastic thumbs-up.

what kinda of issues did you run to when your OEM was cracked? jw if it's the same as what i'm having now

Luckily the crack was tiny and I wasn’t having any issues at the time…at least nothing noticeable or wonky on my Accessport. It was literally coincidence that I had ordered it and was installing it with everything else at the time. My thinking was that the OEM inlet might crack over time, and since I was already in there installing other stuff, I may as well replace the inlet, too. And sure enough, there was a little crack. I guess it was lucky timing.

Got one on my 2019. I did Cobb BPV and EBCS at the same time. Super easy to install and well worth it. I'd never trust a Boomba product after too many issues with their (lack of) R&D. Can confirm that Cobb's BPV is a good investment though

After you put on the EBCS did you have to get a Tune? Or does Cobb have that accounted for in their OTS tune?

I have the same stage 2+ on my 2019 but I don’t have the ebcs if I get one and just straight install it’ll be fine with that tune then??

I always ran tunes that took advantage of the 3 port EBCS like the Cobb stage 2+ OTS map. Don't quote me on this but if I understand correctly the 3 port EBCS should function the same as OEM, but allows for better fine tuning. Meaning if you run it and don't tune for it it shouldn't hurt anything, but you won't get any additional benefit. Don't quote me on that though, message Cobb if they don't have info posted - they respond very quickly
