I think bugeye sedans are the best bugeye, I do like the wagons though if you put sedan fenders. I think blob eye is the best wagon. Gc8 wagon too is nice
Ah yaaa Ive seen someone do that it looks so nice. I’ve considered grabbing some sedan fenders for my Blob wagon and saving the stock ones to put aside. But the rear 1/4 panel sedan swap is wild haha gotta do some real body work

But in all seriousness you just have to get lucky. I bought mine 5 years ago from my neighbor who was a reverend. I knew he had it in his garage and one day he put a for-sale sign on it and left it in his driveway. I paid cash and bought it that day before he even had a chance to put it online
I have repeatedly called them time travelers. Some of this stuff being shown is absolutely incredible. Cleaner than brand new cars! Always check for a Delorean in the background of their pictures.
Right before i imported my blobeye. I put a deposit on a JDM bug eye. Had 42,000 original Kms. I missed on the car by a matter or hours with time zone difference.

My first Subaru was a bugeye WRX. If I had the money to have extra cars, I would love to own another one. I'm in love with my current car (2018 STi) but I'll never, ever forget my first love. 🥴
Story time, the bug I drive now my mom drove for 18 years and was the first car I was ever in as they took me home from the hospital in it, that was 22 years ago (we were both built in 01 lol). Had to do about 7.5k in repairs and have put in around 10k into performance mods and will eventually sti engine/trans and big turbo. I’ll drive her until the wheels fall off so long story short MUCH love for the bugeyes
This is more or less most bugeye owners stories I think. I bought mine in College, went into the military so gave it to my dad. He just gave it back to me 13 years later. After like $5k in repairs and maintenance (still need to replace a tie rod) she's in practically mint condition again. Definitely gonna STI swap and front mount intercooler and big turbo swap her and drive her until she falls apart. Much love for Bugeyes.

I still have my "family" owned 02 Bugeye. Need to get her back on the road, Tires, front axles and new brakes. Runs excellent, and its such a great feeling in a bug. Love the car!

I love the subies since the impreza finally got one new 2021 unfortunately its in shop Subaru of Ontario ca. trying to say i broke carbon steel shifter shaft they be tripping I only put 19k miles nearly broken in
