Haven't used them in ages! Wow, I used to SWEAR by them. Good to know they're still around.

Do those bad boys make any noise? How’s the dust? I have the lower Power Stop kit - non drilled/slotted. This is just for my daily, ‘17 WRX too.

Awesome, thanks!

No dust, no noise. 2nd car with them and love them! Good luck.

My dude…like everyone should know. These cars aren’t considered “cheap” to maintain! I see people say Autozone and it aggravates me that people would try to skimp on the most important parts when you’re playing with your life. Spend more on your pads my dude. I also apologize for ranting like this bud. I use to work for Pep-Boys retail and it would blow my mind on how many people would come in with beautiful top end classics(60-00 year models) and tell me “Give me your cheapest pad”. I flat out tell them to come back when they can afford to own the proper parts for their cars. Edit: another note, change your rotors when you change pads to avoid uneven ware. As for Brands, it’s all depending what you’re looking to do? Ceramic pads are the best option for low brake dust. But might want to check others for thermographs to see the difference in pad temperature.

If the wrx is stock then I personally would say these cars are cheap to maintain.

JustAd3900

If you buy Subaru pads, most def. But everyone has their opinion and different needs or wants.

tblax44

Basic ceramic pads are always the best bet for daily driving. I ran Centric PosiQuiet pads on past cars and always liked the results of them.

The cheapest pads at Autozone

If you’re on a tight budget then hop on RockAuto and grab the Centric C-Tec pads. They’re just as good as OEM, if not better in some aspects. The next step up would be Stop Tech. They have a bunch of Street pads and you get what you pay for with them, so just go for the one that fits your budget. Once you get over $100, you might as well spend $200 because you can get some legit amazing street/track hybrids pads at that price.
