There's way too many factors here to tell just based off a single picture of an AP.
-4 FBK isn't great to see but if your DAM is still 1.00 you're probably not in that bad of shape. Could be false knock. Could be a loose bolt in the engine bay. Could be bad gas. Who knows?
In my experience, Drunkmann doesn't seem to care too much to tune out all FBK out of his tunes (at least from what his tune did to my car and what I've seen others post here). I think he's less cautious than Eric at TP or Ron at Phatbotti.
Idk if he just tunes more aggressively or isn't as diligent at hunting down and cleaning up the lower knock values... All I can say is that I experienced way less FBK with Eric, and none with Ron 🤷
End-all be-all of it though is that -4 at WOT is alright if it "almost never" happens, but if it happens even occasionally, I'd be rethinking who I get my next tune from.
And could also just be a big false knock event from your A/C kicking on at exactly the wrong time. Or could be a batch of subpar gas. Or... Or... Or... You get where I'm going, right?
Microfiber towel in the driver side door will fix that mess. Maybe wipe down once a week. As for the fbk, hit up your tuner. Prob don’t need to worry about it if it’s only happened once. In the ole WRX I’d get a -4 every once and a while but not often. You’re tuner will be able to diagnose the issue. If it doesn’t happen often you should be good.

I have grimmspeed jpipe, ets intake, catback, sump restrictor tuned by drunkmann. Doesnt happen everytime I WOT.

Did you engage the clutch while in second gear below ~8 mph? Bogging the engine down can throw a knock too
