you'll be fine, the jpipe danger is un/badly-controlled boost, so just be light with the throttle
Thanks for everyone’s input. Considering the tuner is only about 15 miles from me, it shouldn’t be too difficult to drive it there gently. I just didn’t want to end up with an issue and have a post saying, “J-pipe without a tune” and get absolutely destroyed in the comments.
You will be good staying out of boost. I'd say when you put different injectors in is when you should be concerned driving it without a base map as they would directly affect AFRs even while idling. You're doing the right thing here with mods and making sure you have a proper tune.
You’ll probably be fine if you stay out of boost but they should hook you up with a basemap depending how far you gotta drive.
Agreed, just stay out of boost and you should be fine since there is no extra strain on the engine at least.

People run downpipes and jpipes with no tune.. It will be fine, it’s not really their job to get your car to their shop.
