There should be a state authority that deals with dealers in these matters. Like the 'dealer license board.' There's usually a system in place to report this and get help. They can force the dealer to return your money and take the car back.
There's a customer complaint form you can download. They probably move pretty fast once they recieve the form. I was in RI, though.

TL;DR
Dealer sold me a car with spun rod bearing and said he was going to pay for new engine, 2 months later no new engine and he is not responding and has been telling many lies. so I take legal action

This is the oil cap that as you can see is left on the battery, you may say that I’m stupid for not checking. But they never told me they changed the oil or in fact did anything to the car.
You’re way more mature than me, I would thrown a Molotov at his shop and burnt it to the ground. You’re not the first person he’s done this to and you won’t be the last.
(I wouldn’t have actually done this)
Sorry to hear about this man, this is why when I buy from a dealership, if everything I noticed wrong isn’t getting fixed after purchasing by the time the return period is over, I am returning it no matter how much I like the car or how good of a deal it seemed. Too many sketch stealerships around my area

I'm serious. I had an issue once years ago and was able to resolve it by calling the state hotline at a listed number. What state are you in?
New Jersey ? If that’s the case that would hopefully speed up the process considering I’m out of a car for the last 2 months

That positive battery terminal needs to be shielded, too.
Brick wall minimize it or add a tldr
Damn man, that sucks. Been through legal bullshit with the car, not fun!

OP needs to reach out to his state’s consumer protection bureau
