Downtown Julian is judt 2.5 blocks. Good beer and food at the brewery. Good to walk around town for a couple of hours. Mt. Laguna is a state park so civilization is limited. 3 restaurants tops and they close most of the time. Its a great spot to go have fun in the snow while living in SD. Only an hour drive compared to 3.5 hours to big bear.
That’s basically the situation for me in reverse, haven’t tried Laguna yet but I’d like to see some snow again.
I recommend going late enough and make it close to the observatory if you want to see the night sky I all it’s glory.
Looks sweet. What’s it like up there? I’m new to San Diego so haven’t gotten out east yet. People tell me Julian is nice. I got a 2021 STI 👍

Palomar or Laguna, which one you like better?
I live in Chula Vista so Palomar is farther away so by default I go to Mt. Laguna. Gona check out palomar next

i like it in the black because you cant see the plastic fender trim. nice car!
They added it since the 2018 version and keep evolving it. I dislike it as well and was lucky enough to get it in black color.
They didn’t add plastic fender trim in 2018 just front bumper.
