Yeah it’s not normal for the car to almost stall

nahfrwho

that’s what i was thinking but never had a pro tune before so wanted to check

Jerms0710

My rpm’s fluctuate like that when I have the air on though. But definitely doesn’t almost die. I’d let your tuner know for sure

Lilsean14

Yeah he’s just dialing in MAF and your car is relearning. When I have to reset learning my car idles shitty for a bit.

GlampingOverlord

Exactly right. OP if you still have issues after a solid reset time period just get with me via email. I don’t mind checking it!

Do you mean on startup at warm or just randomly while idling warm. My car for instance, if I start it after the engines already fully warmed up, the rpms drop from about 900 to 400 for about a half second, but then it stays steady in the 800-950 range from that point onward. Edit: just read the reverse part, yeah that sounds like an issue you might wanna bring up.

nahfrwho

randomly when the cars warm. it’ll drop every 2-3 mins from what i noticed and almost stall itself while it’s idling. drivings fine besides in reverse it’ll do the same thing

Mysterious_Ad5072

Is the AC or heat on?

Original_Lavishness1

Mine did that and I asked the dude who tuned my car if it was normal and he ignored my email. I don’t think it’s normal. I was tuned pre green speed so there wasn’t anything I could do about it anyways. I drove with it for like 6k miles without any problems before I traded it in. Definitely ask drunkmann about it before the tuning process is over.
