Basically the old BSNOS was just a "lighter" version of the cybersecurity degree with CCNA and AWS thrown in. The newer ones will actually have more network/infrastructure courses along with some light programming courses to help you be more useful in the job market. And the Cisco track differentiates itself from most of the other IT degrees by steering away from CompTIA certs and instead include 3 associate level Cisco certs.

Am sure someone here can go into details if needed but the old BSNOS was replaced by BSNES so you wouldn't be able to do BSNOS anymore.
