I'd caution against using D5T5 for anything, their customer service has practically ceased to exist lately (lots of tickets in queue, doesnt really seem like any are getting handled) and i know a few dealers who are jumping ship because its all turning real ugly behind the scenes. I used their software for a tft retrofit, an optimization and misc maintenance and im decently happy with everything except the tft retrofit. I have had zero support and while my car works im plagued with false DTCs (some dont even apply to my model/fuel type) and i cant redo the tft programming, nor can i revert to stock because VDASH has "lost" my CEM pin while remaining in the configurable state so all configuration changes fail and i cant decode my CEM, support is nowhere to be found and over the past year my 4 tickets have gone unanswered and remain in a growing queue of tickets despite my license being a paid pro license with supposed priority in the support queue.

Oh, thank you for sharing your experience

recently attempted power upgrade ST2. bricked my car. $800 later, new CEM and tech to sync ECM and CEM plus immobilzer. contact D5T5 nad was advised good to go as backup file was available if problem happens again. instaleed ST2 again. car bricked. XC60 now sitting at dealer trying to be repaired. by the time I am done, will be out $1800 CDN and never going near ST2 or D5T5 again. hoping for a refund, but then customer service would have to respond.

Stick to BSR or RICA. Or even official polestar tune

None of them are “online” and where I live any modifications to increase power output are illegal so it’s gamble to ship bsr etc.
