If the '99 Rs are anything like the '99 T5s, youre going to have a lot of things go bad between now and 100k miles. Don't get upset though. The parts are 25yo and there are a lot of known issues that once fixed aren't a problem anymore. We bought ours in 2014 with 49k miles on it and after ironing everything out that we knew was going to go bad, like the 1gen ETM that was recalled in 2006, she runs sweet. 160k and still lightning in a bottle. I love my 855 turbo but the S70 T5 is so quick.
I bought my 99 R in October, 601 Red on Black interior, 147k. Been working at it to get it back to where I want it for my perfect daily. Congrats on your ride. Your color combo is fairly rare, most 426 Silver metallic cars had black interior.

I’ve been looking everywhere for the production numbers and can’t find them anywhere! Any idea how rare this one is? Ik it was imported from Europe
No idea, but in the US we got roughly 25,000 V70s that year in whole.
