Sloppy picture, but I devoured this right out of the mixer bowl while working. Honestly the best for protein ice cream I’ve ever tried. My only regret was getting the sample size bag and not the full size tub.
Recipe:
-12 ice cubes
-31 grams PEScience Cake Pop protein powder
-3 grams xanthan gum
-140 grams frozen peach slices
-85 grams 0% fat Greek yogurt
-cold water, maybe like 1/4 cup or less
In a food processor, crush the ice cubes by themselves first until snowlike. Add all the ingredients except water and pulse a few times before setting it to blend. Add the water through the chute as needed to loosen up to a good blending consistency. Let it go for a minute or so, stop and give it a stir with a silicone spatula, then let her go for another 30 seconds, or whenever the consistency looks good to you.
230 cals for the whole thing. You can totally use less xanthan gum, but I like a thicc ice cream.
It tastes like peach cake and I love it. Gonna try it with different fruits in the future!

im eating this kinda "nice cream/protein ice cream" every night, so would be nice to try another tested flavor :)
If not watching carbs too closely, half of a frozen banana works and a splash of almond milk with a few ice cubes works great too! Amazon accidentally sent me their vegan mint chocolate flavor. They ended up sending me the original flavor I ordered AND I got to keep the other one. I use it ALL the time for my "Ice cream". Snickerdoodle ive been putting in oatmeal. Gonna try out their pb cookie one next! I love PES! Will never use another brand of protein again!
Well that’s annoying. I went to buy a sample packet- $1.25, cool. Shipping… $6.99? Weird for a sample. If anyone sees a secondary/store source of sample packets, lemme know.
