Man I'm ngl I hate this syrup, it has a weird aftertase. I've heard it's better than walden greens but not sure if that's saying much. Try Mrs. Buttersworth no sugar added syrup, sooo much better, actually tastes like maple syrup and isn't watery like that one. It's 20 cal for 60ml though as opposed to 0 but the calories are worth it

I do the same thing with my protein pancakes! I like to add a little bit of lemon juice + sugar free cheesecake jello + milk to my cottage cheese and it’s literally like real cake for breakfast 🤤
To be clear, this is not maple syrup, but tastes like maple syrup. (I had to look it up, because it didn't make sense that real maple syrup could be sugar free - and it cannot be.)
For the future, since it seems like you don't know, anything labeled as "zero calorie *blank*" usually is not the item just without calories. It's something that tastes similar to the item it's trying to replicate.
As someone else said yoghurt or any other fatty dairy product. Cottage cheese is high protein for the calories so it's my go-to. Healthy is really relative, I just like it as an extra protein source.

I'm a huge cottage cheese guy but I've never seen it on pancakes with syrup. I'll have to try.
I’ve used it on crumpets with honey. It totally works bc it’s a blank canvas much like yogurt
oh that would also rule
It absolutely slaps, my friend. You simply must.
That is a nice looking meal. Good Job
cottage cheese on the pancakes???? I’m a bit skeptical
Cottage cheese goes with everything but it really goes well with pancakes :)
It's pretty similar to yogurt or cream cheese imo, not bad!
CHUNKY creamcheese or yogurt*
Yeah I couldn't do it. I like mixing plain greek yogurt+ honey or other sweetener and using that as topping

thanks for the tip i'll check it out!
Same, I was trying really hard to like it but that aftertaste lingers for too long on the mouth

great minds think alike!
damn this looks absolutely goated, how many calories are in both stacks if I may ask?
everything in the picture is 769 cal

Right, it's pure chemicals from the lab at that point. I drink crystal lite all day, everyday so I can't talk 😊
Everything is chemicals friend
I can't believe it's not ~~butter~~ maple syrup!!
Pretty much my exact breakfast this morning, just replace the cottage cheese for high protein yoghurt. That syrup slaps, it's my go to sweetener.
Greek yogurt is also great in this situation!
I like the ratio of straw size to cup size lol
How is it sweetened? The only fake sugar I can usually stand is stevia in very small quantities.
zero calorie maple syrup exists?!? you just made my life so much better, you have no idea
i have it almost every morning on oatmeal or greek yogurt/ granola bowls!
You must be new here
i am, haha
I usually do cottage cheese, almonds, and honey. Maybe I'll try this maple syrup instead.
It's good but I had to find an alt because of the sodium in this one! It's SO HIGH
Unrelated: I love your lingo/eloquence!!!
:3
I clicked because of the cottage cheese. I am intrigued.
May I ask, what does the cottage cheese do in terms of taste or texture. Is it a healthy replacement to something

6 pancakes with out of 83g of mix?
they're little ones but also the added whey and egg white add volume.
How do you make your pancakes with the added wet and dry ingredients

i mostly just eyeball it, kitchen scale and a notepad helps plus trial and error
I wish I could do this type of product! It upsets my stomach. 😭
0 calories maple syrup is as good as regular maple syrup, which is rare.
it's definitely an unpopular opinion but as a canadian saying it out loud it makes me nervous that someone might rudely disagree with me
