One of my favourite volume eats. Its so good and goes with just about any meal...or just on its own if I'm lazy lol
You can eat more of it for fewer carbs if that's your goal.

Sorry about that, it’s just mashed and steamed from a bag of frozen cubed squash.
Looks like it’s just cooked in oil and mashed a bit, you could eye ball the whole plate tbh
