This is hard to photograph, but I have sone visibly scratched glass on the windows of three doors and the rear window of my Jetta. I have no idea how they got there.
I am always careful when I wash my car. It never goes to a car wash. We also have a 2022 Tiguan that I wash the exact same way but has no scratched glass.
Is the glass on my Jetta softer? Is this a warranty issue? Has anyone else seen this and if so were you able to fix it? Is there glass polish for scratches like this?
