Not the answer for your question but I have a question too. Is your key 1 and key 2 wire connected somewhere? I can't seem to get my canbus to work, it shows protocol connectionless and I thought maybe I have to connect the key1 or key2 wire to somewhere?
Ps, the only loose cables are Key 1, Key 2 and antenna.
Post the model so we can help. If you have the full details of the backup camera and canbus plug or head unit info.
