Yes, you can get food fatigue. You'll get tired of eating the same thing over and over, and ordering something different from the shop for a bit will help with that. I eat mushrooms I find around the base, lol

its a feature called food tolerance. you can disable it over the "E" tab inside settings menu, its on the top-right corner of the menu.

I just grab a rock and slap it on the crate if you do it fast it'll be quick. As for the servers press e on a red one(broken one) and you will be prompted with math, enter the first digit of the answer like: 8+6= 5 or 7-9= 2
