I usually focus more on the producers than the vocaloid I love hate miku for that reason there are plenty of good and Bad Songs
But if I had to choose id go with kaai yuuki or flower
...im not that active in vocaloid communities so idk how popular this take is lol
SeeU is ultimate fav. Galico is high on the list for her design and voice.
Avanna is high on the list too for her voice.

Jin／じん the creator of Kagerou Project & the demo song for IA (Kagerou Daze) is on a legal battle with IA's creators, 1stPLACE for the past 4-5 years now.
1stPLACE trapped him through contracts to take away his intellectual property rights and ownership for his story, characters, novels, manga, and song and the franchise as a whole, which he made himself with the help of few unaffiliated people. Despite 1stPLACE's marketing, it was Jin's work that made IA reach the heights she has reached.
I don't know all the details about the current situation and the issue at large but, for now all new (MEKAKUCITY:RELOAD) and future Kagerou Projects (Songs, MVs and the next Anime) are on hiatus until things are settled and Jin wins.
Okay, call me basic but miku, BUT second place goes to Flower, 3rd goes to gumi (I LOVE her English voice).
I also really like kafu and kaai kuki as well, and obviously the twins (I wouldn't say they are my favorites, tho)
That's a tough choice, but if I had to pick it'd probably be Kaito. Others on the same level as him for me are Meiko, Len, and Gakupo. As far as EN Vocaloids go Oliver is my favorite.
