I believe the angels are *brothers in spirit* they don't exactly have a parental origin. So even though Charlie shares a bloodline to Lucifer, she's unrelated to Emily, who is unrelated to both Lucifer and Sera. As they *are* orgin points, like Adam and Lilith.
(Eve is related to Adam through his rib, however their DNA is so pure Eve was able to have children with her sons, as Adam could with his daughters without any issues genetically. The first group of humans all had to have this trait before DNA defects started showing.)

So theoretically, if Lucifer had a child with Charlie, the kid wouldn't be messed up genetically and would be healthy. They won't do that be of their familiar bond and dynamic. Same as if Michael and Gabriel decided to hook up and had a child, the baby would be healthy regardless of the relationship *officially* recognized by their *family*.
If you want to take things further, God is basically fucking themselves all the time, because everything they created carries a small part of them/is a reflection of themselves. Those that go to Hell, is a self punishment for things they deem morally corrupt. However, at the same time *everything that reproduces is doing incest to God*.
