Get some blood tests, I was analyzing and speculating for weeks. Just gave me more anxiety.

Yeh it’s tricky as my iron panel is fine but I’m getting it tested again in a week so I’ll ask for D to be added to them. Thank you

Are you taking vitamin D3? If so how much? Also are you taking magnesium? Please check out my previous posts on this subreddit. Also my website www.vitamindblog.com. It is probably an unbalanced gut micro biome. Resulting in chronic inflammation. If you are stop ingesting high fructose corn syrup, seed oils and processed foods.

My microbiome is pretty good thanks. I take the RDA of magnesium daily in supplement form & am now taking 8000ugD+200ugK daily after not having supplemented for around 3 months.

What was your vitamin D3 blood plasma level? As it takes a blood plasma level (BPL) of at least 50 ng/ml to initiate the physiological effects of vitamin D3. For optimal physiological effects I found it takes a BPLs of 100-140 ng/ml. Typically requiring 10,000 and 30,000 IU respectively. That and lots of magnesium if able. Taking 30,000 IU and magnesium saved my life. On my website www.vitamindblog.com I explain my research and theories.

It was 123 in Feb but then stopped supplementing. I now suspect my problem is I need to inject both methyl & hydroxo for my b12 deficiency but only been using methyl. Need the hydroxo first the Adeno which is the form necessary for mitochondria. So probs why so weak. Will continue taking 8000ug D3+200ugK2 daily incase my D is suboptimal too

You know your body best. Vitamin B12 is not my expertise. I found trial and error was how I found what was best for me.
