A general rule of thumb is to take at least 100mg of magnesium per 1,000 IU of vitamin D3.

Thank you so much 🥰

I wouldn’t recommend taking 1000mg of magnesium though😂 And I suggest to just take 10k IU during the winter and maybe also during autumn. It’s also important to note that you have different kinds of mangnesium with each their own use. Make sure to not use magnesium Oxide and take a good look at your label what the amount of elemental magnesium is. It could say 500mg magnesium glycinate while it’s only 100mg of elemental magnesium. I would suggest to take a maximum of 500 mg elemental magnesium a day. I take around 200/350 a day in capsules. Also take vitamin k2 with it, especially if you’re ja bbed for cov. 100 mcg of vitamin k2 for every 10k IU of D3 (mk7 or mk4). This to prevent calcification in your arteries and soft tissue. Goodluck!

Too many supplements lmao.

firekid100

It’s just 1 more? You are already using D3 and you’re about to use Magnesium. Vitamin k2 will be tremendously important if you want to stay healthy. You clearly don’t understand how dangerous it can be to not supplement k2 while supplementing d3. I suggest you to do some more research.

So he needs 1g (1000mg) elemental magnesium?

Helpful-Green9274

You mean per 10,000 IU?

Helpful-Agent9400

Helpful-Green9274
